RIANDGO - Apartment with terrace in Port d'Alcudia.

Near the centre in Port d'Alcudia and with direct views to the canal from the sea, this apartment for 4 people offers the needed comfort for a quiet beach vacation.
The cosy terrace of 10 m2 of this apartment, -located on a second floor without an elevator-, is perfect to enjoy a good breakfast at the table and chairs in it. You will feel the sea breeze from here and will be able to watch the sea in the distance as well as the beautiful mountains of the area. The beautiful canal located just downstairs comes from the sea, and it also makes this place special and perfect for a nice walk to the sea shore.

You will find a sofa in the living-dining room where you can sit and enjoy a good reading, an entertaining film in the TV-Sat or you can simply rest. This room is even cosier thanks to the AC. The kitchen is independent and it has all you need to cook during your stay, including the gas stove and the oven. Of course, there also are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will find two rooms with a closet, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a tub for the whole accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The location is ideal because any needed service is reachable on foot in a few minutes, as well as by car or bus. There is a supermarket, all kinds of restaurants and the bust stop near the apartment. The bus passes by every 15 minutes in summer and you can visit Puerto de Alcudia, the town of Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa and other places like Can Picafort. The street market of Alcudia takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays and the village becomes a lively place. The sandy beach is just 200 metres away, but you can visit others like the family cove of Cala Sant Vicenç.

The apartment has a perfect location: really close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. This area is quite, so perfect for families. The branch of the sea under the terrace makes an amazing atmosphere and beautiful sight. The size of the apartment is perfect. There are 2 separated bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a terrace. We got enough towels and bed linen for 12 days. The apartment has old-fashioned furniture and pure design, despite bathroom, its need a renowation. I missed basic things: bin plastic bags, cleaning supplies, liquid soap, shampoo. On the picture of the apartmant in the kitchen was a Nepresso capsule machines, but there is olny a Moulinex filteres cafe machine, it was disappointed.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen (wenige Schritte zum Strand und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, direkt nebenan ein kleiner Spielplatz), sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Schlafzimmer sind hintenraus ruhig gelegen. Auf dem Balkon hat man morgens/vormittags Sonne und einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal und weiter hinten das Meer. Im Bad roch es bei unserer Ankunft leider etwas unangenehm nach alten Leitungen, das ging aber durch lüften und regelmäßige Wassernutzung weg. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace were you can enjoy some quality time with friends. - In the kitchen can be found lot of kinds of stuff (oil, salt, pepper, lot of other spices, coffee, tea, cereals ....) - Very close to the beach - Quiet & safe place, sidewalk is not crowded and right next to the apartment you can find a playing ground for childrens(if you plan going with children's)
