This beautiful flat is ideally located near St. Peter, just 7 minutes walk away from San Peter's Square.
The living area is the heart of the home! Hang out with your family and friends or kick back and relax in front of the TV on the sofa bed.
The bedroom is light and airy with large windows and a comfortable double bed. The bed is made up with fresh linens, plenty of storage space will be available to unpack.
The kitchen is fully equipped and each appliance is easy to use.
Having a dinner on the terrace is a great bonus!
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

To offer all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the followings notes:

- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > ANY DELAY will be subject to an extra fee request (30€ for the first hour, 10€ more for each extra hour), the maximum tolerance is 10pm. The arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise check-in at your desired time may not be guaranteed;

- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights; it is possible to pay the city tax amount exclusively by cash and in euros;

- all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document to be registered to the Italian security authorities (also children - unaccompanied minors will not be accepted);

- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);

- for each stay the apartment is equipped with a BASIC supply as follows: bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets for each bed - preparation of sofa/armchair beds or additional beds on request before the arrival); bathroom linen (one face towel and one bath/shower towel per guest); personal care detergents (one single-dose soap and one bar of soap per guest); toilet paper (two rolls for each bathroom);

- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home - the cost for each damaged piece will be charged if this happens; for stays exceeding 6 nights there is an extra cost for linen change based on the number of guests and occupied beds;

- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am);

- extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.
