Holiday home on the outskirts of Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Once you get to this holiday home, you will discover that this is the perfect place for enjoying a relaxing getaway in the hills of the province of Malaga. Located less than 1 km from the town of Competa, where you will find all the amenities and services, this holiday home provides an unforgettable stay for a family of five people.

All the rooms are located on the ground floor. The first floor is closed so that you will have exclusive use of the property.

The house features a spacious dining-living room, which is separated from the open kitchen by a brick-built breakfast bar. In this holiday home, you will also find two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A fifth guest can sleep in the 1-place sofa bed provided in the living room.

Outside, you will have a lovely porch at your disposal, where you can have your meals in the shade and spot the spectacular views of the valley through the arch of the porch. Right in front, there is the fenced pool area, where you will find the fabulous private pool and another area for "al fresco" dining under a pergola. A grill completes the outdoor facilities of the house.

The access to the holiday home is possible via a paved lane.

Die Villa liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Cómpeta entfernt, sodass Sie die Bars und Restaurants bequem besuchen können. Der private Pool ist unglaublich und wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Alles an dieser Villa ist tadellos, einschließlich der Freundlichkeit ihrer Besitzer.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Familie selbst haben dafür gesorgt, dass es ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub war. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Competa, aber das Dorf ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Berücksichtigen Sie einige steile Straßen, aber auch diese sind machbar. Ausflüge nach Malaga und Nerja sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, jeweils eine Autostunde entfernt. Wir waren im Mai dort, daher war es noch nicht überfüllt und die Temperaturen waren auch wunderbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect for our needs!

What a wonderful place, Isidro and Maria Isabel were the perfect hosts. The villa was perfect for us, it had all the usual amenities you would need for a 3 week stay, the pool was a blessing as the weather was hot (not that I'm complaining mind you). It was close to the town of Competa, some of it a bit hilly, although my husband does have mobility issues to the fit and well the walk into town would be okay. We drove most days to the town, where there is free parking even in the multi storey. There is also a market once a week if you fancy looking for a bargain. There is a bus to Malaga most days so if you fancied escaping you could do so. The town of Competa is lovely, bars and restaurants are many. The scenery is beautiful around the town itself, perfect for those who drive or cycle. All in all, it was a great choice for myself and my family.

Der Besitzer ist sehr angenehm, sein Sohn und seine Familie wohnen im angrenzenden Haus. Er war sehr hilfreich, als wir unser heißes Wasser verloren haben, das so schnell wie möglich repariert wurde

The owner is very pleasant, his son and family live in the attached house. He was very helpful when we lost our hot water which was fixed as soon as possible

Gleichzeitig ist das idyllische andalusische Dorf Competa (mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants) zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen wunderschönen Urlaub braucht. Die Veranda und der Pool sind große Pluspunkte. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und angenehm in der Kommunikation. Es war eine Freude, hier Gast zu sein. Zögern Sie nicht, tun Sie es einfach!

Absolutely beautiful property, with everything on hand for a relaxing holiday. Well maintained both indoors and out, with a lovely pool and shaded seating areas. The view down the valley towards the sea is breathtaking, and was the highlight of our trip. It's about a 15 minute walk to town, which includes a steep climb, however it is well worth the effort.

Just a fabulous 4 week stay in the property, the village of Competa and the surrounding area. Greats walks, great cycling routes for those who like hills and climbs. Weather was excellent during the 4 week stay, great hospitality from the owners, always helpful and we had no issues with the property. Property easily accommodated 5 adults, pool area and pool size good, with the house having all the things you need for a 4 week stay. Its well equipped in terms of cooking, showers. Locate is a 2 minute walk into the village, and good parking arranged for any hire car. Village is well equipped with resturants, bars and cafes and supermarkets. Would recommend this location and property for those looking for a feel of the real Andalusian life style in a small village. Surrounding area has some lovely villages to visit, and only 40 minute car ride to some great beaches.
