Casa Levante Marbella holiday rentals is located only 200 metres from one of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Great for family holidays and a golfers paradise. RENTAL RATES START FROM 190€ A DAY – SLEEPS 10. The property with 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms is built over three levels and set within a popular seafront development. A dream location for all of the family with easy access to the commercial centres of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

On the 1st floor, Bedroom 1 is a twin-bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace.

There are a further 3 bedrooms each with a small terrace, these share a separate bathroom/shower-room. Bedroom 2 & 3 have twin-beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed.

In the attic Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom that leads to a private solarium with excellent sea-views. The lower level has a private garage attached to the house.

Nearby you will find some of the best beach bars and restaurants like Chiringuito Copacabana and Arenal Beach Restaurant for cool drinks and romantic sunsets, followed by trendy Bono’s Beach with its hip decor or head for the recently-opened NOSSO Summer Club Marbella. Further along the beach you can choose from Luuma Beach Restaurant Marbella. Or, The Beach House known for its fine dining and live music, or the outrageous champagne parties at the chic Nikki Beach. And for golfers it is moments from Santa Clara Golf Club & Rio Real Golfing Resort

La casa es grande. Muy bien equipada. 5 habitaciones dobles, dos con el baño dentro. Otro baño completo y un aseo en la planta principal. Salón- comedor muy grande y con acceso directo a la terraza. Si fuera un poco más grande, sería perfecta. O si estuviera en el jardín. Pero cumple el cometido. Las camas casi todas cómodas. Alguna necesita un. Ámbito de colchón. La cocina, super bien. Bien equipada, mucho menaje, de todo. Perfecta. La piscina de la urbanización, al ladito, grande y divertida. La distancia a la playa, buena. Son 200 metros. La pena es que la playa tienen mucha piedra. La estancia, perfecta.

Vacaciones Julio 2021

El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, está muy bien ubicado a pocos metros de la playa y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos fantásticos días de vacaciones: utensilios de cocina, barbacoa, tronas, cunas, sábanas y toallas para la playa, las camas son cómodas, etc... La propietaria incluso nos dejó sombrilla y juguetes para los niños para la playa. La casa en general está muy bien. Ian estuvo en todo momento atento a cualquier solicitud que tuvimos y nos la resolvió de forma inmediata. Muy amable y eficaz en todo. Lo único que podría resaltar como característica algo negativa del apartamento para algunas personas, es que la propiedad tiene 3 alturas, y aunque sólo se sube prácticamente para dormir, se debe tener en cuenta si existen problemas de movilidad. Si volvemos a Málaga contactaré de nuevo con ellos. Muchas gracias por una estancia tan agradable!!
