The property is extremely warm and cosy with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area boasting beautiful field views. It was very suitable for our short stay,generally very warm and comfortable

Bathroom just a bit too small for comfort. However a vey nice little house with all you need for a few days.

Beautifully secluded

Great for walking, birdwatching (particularly Minsmere, but several others) and up-market tourist spots like Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was quiet, located in a beautifull garden, nicely decorated, clean, and had all the equipment we needed. The nearby pub/restaurant is another plus.
