Ideal family villa consisting of two houses, each with two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
A spacious and bright living room and a kitchen with a fully equipped American bar complete the rooms of the house.
At the entrance of the house you can enjoy a porch, a wonderful garden and a barbecue area.
From the garden you can also access a completely private and fenced pool to ensure the safety of the little ones.
