Welcome to your home from home in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria. This 40 Sq.M quiet apartment is finished to the highest standards and finshes. Situated just 5 minutes walk from the beach and just a minute away from shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and transport links.
Situated as part of a private complex benefitting from 24 hour reception, security and pools

The quiet private apartment consists of a cosy and comfortable main living area with TV and comfortable reclining seats for your enjoyment and relaxation. Also as a part of the main living area is a dining area with a table to sit and eat at or to entertain.

Off of the dining area is a kitchen area comprising units and a hob, combination microwave oven and integrated refrigerator and comprising all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you will require

The main living area leads through to the luxurious and restful bedroom area with a high quality double bed and fitted wardrobes to both sides and a concealed dressing table

Entered from the vestibule hallway is the shower rooms with a low level WC, large sink and built in shower and ample built in storage units. Also in the shower rooms is the hidden laundry with washing machine

Accessed from the main living area is the outside terrace area catching the afternoon sun for your enjoyment

Perfect home from home

Probably the best equipped holiday apartment we have stayed in, with lots of nice touches like high quality linens and towels, a very well equipped kitchenette, tons of storage, and super fast wi-fi. It’s close to the drop-off point for the airport . Bjorn and John have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, tea, coffee, toilet rolls to do our entire stay, charging leads, dvds, cds, the list is endless. TttttThepThe price-quality ratio is exe ccccc. exceexcellent.

Wat een mooi ingericht appartement. Echt een aanrader. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We moesten even aan het bed wennen. Wij slapen in een 1.80 bed en dit bed was 1.40. Je zit overal dichtbij. Strand een paar minuten lopen en restaurants en winkels om de hoek. Echt top wij komen zeker terug.

Séjour agréable

Super séjour dans cet appartement. Bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces. Appartement bien équipé. Petit bémol pour les voisins du dessus un peu bruyant.
