Arena Terrace Apartment:
Fabulous Holiday Home in the Princesa Isora complex in Playa de La Arena, Puerto Santiago.

The complex has a swimming pool.



The Holiday Home consists of 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and TV. It also has a spacious living room with living and dining area with fabulous sea views. It has 1 bathroom and kitchen. Upstairs we have a magnificent and large terrace with barbecue, shower, dining room and solarium, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains.





Playa de La Arena is known for its volcanic sands and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. Puerto Santiago is a town where you can find everything you need for a quiet and comfortable holiday. With a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars.



Puerto Santiago is just 1.5 km from Los Gigantes Cliff and 20 km from Masca, two of Tenerife's main attractions.



We offer all the comforts to enjoy a perfect and quiet holiday in Tenerife.

Perfect location

Very much enjoyed our stay. The roof terrace is wonderful and the huge opening windows in the sun room meant we could still enjoy the sun even when windy. The location was perfect for us as at present I have mobility issues; the supermarket and restaurant so close.We agreed we would happily return.

The appartament is ideally located; in front of the ocean. It’s on the 3th floor. The elevator was not working which meant 86 steps up- and down. Furniture is old but functional. Mattresses need to be replaced; the owner told us that they ordered new ones.

Perfect location

Not amongst the most modern apartment blocks in the area, but the location and features in the apartment, in particular the roof terrace and BBQ more than make up for it. It also has the added bonus of a quiet swimming pool. Communication with Vitor and Isabel first rate and when the kettle broke it was replaced immediately. Brilliant stay.

Great apartment with wonderful terrace

Spacious, light and airy apartment, well-equipped and comfortable. The terrace is huge, with breathtaking views over the sea and it gets sun most of the day. The location is very good with bars and restaurants nearby. Our favourite apartment and we will definitely return.

Great location. Convenient for everything. Communication was great and prompt. One small negative....the beds are quite firm but we will book this appartment again next year!

All good wifi good app clean . Everything provided for cooking . Would not hesitate to rebook . Better cusions on seating would be nice . Bit tougher sun loungers . All excellent hosts were very nice thanx for nice stay Andy

This is the first time we have stayed in a built up area rather than rural. It was perfect for someone with mobility issues. The lift is opposite the door of the apartment. It is a very short walk to the supermarket and restaurants, one more casual than the other. The property is spacious, useful for someone depending on a stick, with the benefit of wide opening windows in the sunroom and a wonderful terrace, more than adequately furnished, with views all around. The pool was a little cool in February, the sea warmer. There is on street parking usually available close to the property but also a convenient place to “drop off”. This is an apartment we would very happily return to.

The apartment was very lovely, clean, big enough for 3-4 persons (we was with 3 persons ) and very pleasant by location near the mountains of Los Gigantes. But what to say about the terrace ? This is a very big plus ! Huge and very pleasant to stay, every evening marvellous sunset with view on the La Gomera island, outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet, and last but not least the BBQ place ! For us it was a wonderful stay and holidays to have there. One small minus : the flat is near hotels ( animation and music noice till 23u00 ) and the main road and can be some noisy. But as I said its pluses compensate in a great way this small minus. Thank you Vitor and Isabel for this wonderful opportunity and also helping us in answering mails with some practical information ! Great private roof terrace with fantastic views and a lovely clean pool.

Vitor & Isabel are great hosts. They answered any question promptly and gave great advice on where to go and what to do locally. Their property has all the necessities and is close to all the amenities. Although located at the quiet end, there is a large hotel directly behind which is quite loud until the entertainment finishes at 11pm, but then all is quiet. As previously mentioned the double bed is quite hard, but we were provided with lots of blankets which we could use to put under us. We would recommend future guests to use "Martini" the restaurant over the road, very friendly local service and great value meals, and to take the coastal path to Alcala. The pool below was cleaned every other day and immaculate and on most days we had sole use of it which was great. The free internet was good and and the firestick never faltered. The roof terrace was great, watching the sunset over the sea whilst eating dinner and views of La Gomera, there is a large barbeque in need of TLC but still capable. Overall excellent for 4 people, 6 would be cosy.

Thank you for your comment, it's through them that we can improve. Has we said before we will change the mattress, hopefully next month. The barbecue will also be replaced or repaired. Just one more thing, the apartment it's only for 4 people. We don't allow 6 people.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir arriver en autonomie, une très belle vue de la terrasse, d'avoir une supérette en bas de l'immeuble et une très belle plage à 10min à pied. Ensuite, la rue est assez passante du coté salon (calme vers 22h) et l'hôtel coté chambre lits simples est bruyant jusqu'à 23h. Si toutes les fenêtres sont fermées, c'est calme mais il faudrait la climatisation. Sinon, l'appartement est grand et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Aussi, l'hôte nous avait prévenu d'un problème d'ébier bouché dans la cuisine, il est intervenu immédiatement. Merci encore.

Sehr schönes Appartement in super Lage!

Der Appartement entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist in einer super Lage: unten ist ein Supermarkt und Cuppuchino Maria Bar, die wir mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Ein wenig laut wegen dem Hotel, aber nur bis 23 7hr. auch zum Essen.

J'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de vous contacter par mail vous faire parvenir mes doléances et une série de photos pour montrer les raisons de mon mécontentement, tous mes messages me sont revenus (Mail delivery failed). Je croyais Abritel une société capable de suivre la conformité des annonceurs mais je constate que se n'est pas toujours le cas.

We, too, thought that Abritel took more care when selecting guests. It's a shame how they left the flat and the terrace. Guests can contact us by email (if there was an error, perhaps I was writing the wrong address), by phone or via the chat on the Abritel website. So they didn't get in touch because they didn't want to! We're very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us, but unfortunately it was mutual,

I’m just back from my stay and I can’t recommend Isabel & Victor’s apartment highly enough. It was perfect for what I wanted. It’s very clean and the terrace is the icing on the cake. Amenities within walking distance. If you want a quiet and chilled place to go, this is it. Though the livelier scene is only a short taxi ride away. I’m now looking to book again.

Super séjour. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, la vue de la terrasses est juste exceptionnelle. L'appartement et propre et bien équipé. Isabel et Victor répondent très vite aux questions. L'emplacement est idéal, commerce juste en dessous ouvert de 8h à22h proche des restaurants et d'une superbe ballade le long du littoral. Et on est proche de du sud de l'Ile, du TEIDE, et du nord.Il faut juste fermer les rideaux de la baie vitré en journée sinon il faut très chaud. Le seul petit point négatif, le bruit le soir : l'Hotel Fram juste derrière où il y avait des animations et de la musique tout les soirs mais jamais plus tard que 23h donc pas très gênants, et le bruit de la route (surtout les bus) si vous dormez les fenêtres ouverte. Mais sa on peut rien faire.Si nous retournons à ténérife, nous reprendrons cette appartement sans hésiter.

Super séjour à Puerto de Santiago

L appartement correspond bien au descriptif sauf qu il n y a pas 2 salles de bain. Une douche extérieure en terrasse ne peut pas être considérée comme une sdb! Sinon appartement bien situé, ville sympa, et à l écart des foules. Nous recommandons cet appartement en court séjour.

Très belle vue

Appartement agréable avec très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Le barbecue est très appréciable. Restaurants à proximité. Jolie plage à 5 minutes à pied. Des magasins à moins de 5 minutes en voiture et un petit pour se dépanner juste en bas du bâtiment. Nous avons trouvé le lieu relativement bruyant avec l'hôtel derrière et la rue assez passante devant. Le matelas du lit double mériterait d'être changé.

Thank you for your comment, it's very important to us. It let us know what we are doing, right or wrong. The apartment it's in the main street but on the 3 and 4 floors, no one ever complain by the noise on the street, and yes there is an hotel nearby, at 10 PM it's all silence. We are sorry that you didn't like the mattresses on the double bed, maybe because they are new. That mattress has only one month old. We are really sorry that you didn't enjoy your vacations the best way possible.

Apartamento muy bonito, bien ubicado y con todos los servicios a disposición.

El precio es razonabke. El apartamento cómodo, bonito y ptáctico. Las vistas son inmejorables, ya sea desde el comedor como desde la fantástica terraza. Los propietarios muy atentos y disponibles ante cualquier cuestión, aunque no esté relacionada con el apartamento. Nueatra estancia ha sido maravillosa.
