Villa Aori | Luxury Villa with Private Pool

The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 private), a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room and living room, all located around the pool. The breathtaking view of the White Mountains complements that of the private pool and the cozy outdoor area, where you can prepare your meal on the barbecue and enjoy it in the outdoor dining area.

The beautiful pool of the villa can also be heated for the better experience during your stay. The cost for this service is 100€ per day. This amount only applies to the heating of the pool, as it depends exclusively on its size. More specifically, its dimensions are the following:
-Deep 1.60m
-Dimensions of large pool 80sqm (18*4)
-Dimensions of small pool 3sqm (2*2)
-Water volume about 140 m4.

On the same level, you will find an independent apartment, which has a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, in an open space. In the basement of the building, there is the cellar, which has a wine cellar where the visitor can buy and enjoy wines of his choice during his stay. This area also has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room that will give you moments of wine tasting and relaxation.

All rooms have closets, TV, air conditioning and balcony doors with direct access to the outside area.

It has 6 bathrooms in total with bath or shower and a washer-dryer as well.

The outdoor area will definitely reward you as well as the pool of 80m2 and the smaller one of 37m2 for the younger guests will offer you moments of carefreeness and play. There is also a small playground and ping-pong The pool area features parasols, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

You will also find an outdoor dining area, a traditional wood-fired oven and a BBQ.

At the entrance there is a private, secure car park and a ramp to facilitate the entry of wheeled wheelchairs.
