This recently built apartment, accommodating up to five people, is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, right on the seafront promenade of Puerto de Pollença. Its location offers panoramic views of the bay, the pier, and the La Fortaleza area. The beach is just opposite, across the promenade, only a few metres away on foot.
The apartment has been designed for comfort and practicality. It features an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for dining outdoors while enjoying the views. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use.
