Apartment located in the popular and cosmopolitan Wazemmes, in a quiet street (at the free parking), parallel to Boulevard Victor Hugo.

You will find near all shops, Vlille terminals and will be a few minutes walk from the famous Wazemmes market and the metro station of the same name, as well as to 20-minute walk from the center and entertainment ( 2 metro stations).

This apartment consists of:
- a dining room with fully equipped kitchen
- a living room with sofa bed
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet
- possibility to add an extra bed in the living room or in the bedroom for a 5th bed
- linens provided
- dish washer, washing machine, television

(Possibility of babysitting by the young people of the house)

Bright and spacious for four people, it is also suitable for a family. An extra charge of 6 euros per night will be applied per person over 2.

Charming, Clean, and Comfortable Stay in Lille

We had a lovely stay in this clean and atmospheric apartment. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The street was pretty quiet, which made for relaxing evenings. Communication with the host was smooth and flexible—everything went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment

It’s such a cute and well-equipped apartment. The owner is wonderful, accommodating and very responsive to our needs. I stayed here with my mom and my sister and it’s the perfect place for us while waiting to complete our home purchase. We also met the owner’s 2 wonderful children and they are always ready to help any way they can. The location is superb! You can’t get any better than this. It’s close to everything, shops, transportation, etc. Lille’s old town is a train away. We love it! It’s the best! It’s highly recommended!

Schöne Maisonette unterm Dach wie beschrieben. Wir waren vier Tage zur Olympiade dort, dafür sehr geeignet. Fußläufig ins Zentrum (ca. 25 Minuten) und gute Anbindung zur Metro.

Excellent flat for visiting Lille

This flat is delightful and full of character. We stayed there for 8 nights with our dog and our daughter joined us on the sofabed for several nights. It is incredibly quiet and within easy waking distance of the excellent markets at Wazemmes and Sevastopol. There is a bike stop for local bike hire just round the corner and the centre of town is 10 mins away on a cycle. The kitchen is well equipped, the Bath large. We would gladly spend another week there

Zeer fijne, ruime en nette duplex, gelegen in rustige straat met parkeergelegenheid. Bijzonder warme gastvrouw (woont op gelijkvloers); flexibel wat aankomst en vertrek betreft. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Grote badkamer met ligbad. Een topper!
