VILLA LA FONT - FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Villa La Font is a fantastic 3-bedroom Villa with private pool, designed in the typical traditional Majorcan style and is located in the secluded area of La Font, next to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains but only a 25 min walk to Old Town of Pollensa and only a short drive to the beaches. Free WIFI included.



When you arrive at the property, the first thing that catches your attention is the imposing and majestic palm trees that are next to the pool area. Next to the pool there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen that will delight lovers of outdoor cooking and al fresco dining for memorable moments with your loved ones.



Inside, the Villa La Font is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a combined living room and dining room with Flat Screen TV, an adjacent fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom.



On the upper floor there are three twin bedrooms, all light and airy,and a second full bathroom. Enjoy magnificent views of the pool area and the surrounding mountains on the big terrace.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.



Next to the pool, the lawn area and the colorful varieties of native plants and trees stand out, which give this property a feeling of relaxation and privacy although both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are just a short drive away.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
