In each bedroom, you will get cupboard to tidy your clothes. Towels and sheets are provided.

A bathroom with a shower, 2 washbasins, 1 WC. 1 separate WC more.

A 50 sm- terrace with grounds view. 4 deck chairs, 1 table, 1 barbecue and 2 deck chairs for kids are available.

All facilities are in the kitchen: cleaning dishes machine, micro waves oven, classical oven, ceramic plate, fridge, freezer, table and cupboards.

This basement also provides living room with fireplace, dinning room, king-size TV, and DVD player. Living room and dinning room are grounds viewed.

All facilities are in laundry: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
In front of Canal du Midi, Aloa Residence is located 5 minutes on foot far from town center and station.
Previously family house, nowadays residence for vacationists, Aloa Residence offers two 130 m2 –flats.

- Each flat has a 50 m2- covered terrace with a quiet and cute view on grounds.
- During winter, you will also may take advantage of a fireplace with its wood reserve to get sweet evening.
- Free and private parking is available ahead of residence. No reservation is requested.
