Very Disappointing
The lack of communication prior to our stay was the first disappointment. I sent an email detailing the bedroom requirements as there were 2 couples & a single adult and did not receive a reply and then the rooms had not been set up accordingly.
I did not receive any communication regarding entry to the property until I phoned and was advised that we had to drive back into town to a guesthouse to collect the key.
There was extreme mould in the bathroom but more so on the kitchen wall and in the cupboard that was storing the pots & pans. It was a health hazard and we were not able to use them due to the amount of mould on the cooking utensils. Disgusting!!!! I have photos to prove the state of this situation.
