Welcome to your stylish, centrally-located retreat! Nestled within the historic Victorian Caledonian Buildings, this modern two-level apartment offers a unique blend of classic character and contemporary comfort for up to six guests.

* Dining area offering a pleasant street view.
* Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.
* A convenient toilet.
* **Second Floor:**
* Bedroom 1: Cosy room with a double bed.
* Bedroom 2: Serene room with a double bed.
* Bedroom 3: Perfect for friends or family with two twin beds.
* Full bathroom with all the essentials.
The flat has a river view and is a minute's walk from the pedestrian bridge to the city centre.
The apartment has an 85-inch smart TV, stylish decor, modern Hive heating, Induction hobs in the kitchen, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The upstairs bedrooms are small, but two of them feature a king bed, and the largest one has a twin bed.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire two-level apartment during their stay. You can make yourself completely at home. Please note that one cupboard on the upstairs landing is kept locked for our cleaning team's supplies and is not accessible.
