The local supermarket, cafés and bus stop are close by. It has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed making this great for friend get togethers and family holidays. The cottage is equipped with modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, hairdryer, barbeque, washing machine and dryer.

We upgraded and removed the pellet heater for Air Conditioning in the unit.The climatised pool allows for a further surreal experience in this mountain region. Need one say more? Come, be our guest, and enjoy this stunning small treasure in the midst of São Jorge´s mountians.

Please note that the common areas are shared, namely the outdoor swimming pool and the living room on the pool floor, as well as the accesses to the property.

Pool heating is available as an optional service at an additional cost and is provided on a best-effort basis. Its effectiveness depends on external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, ambient temperature, wind, sunlight, and seasonal variations, so specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed. As with any mechanical system, the pool heating equipment may occasionally experience delays, reduced performance, or technical issues despite regular maintenance. If the pool heating system is unavailable or does not reach the expected temperature due to weather or technical issues, the guest will receive a full refund of the pool heating fee. No further compensation related to the pool heating is permitted.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings.
