We also appreciate you acknowledging that, following the pool’s unavailability, an alternative pool was provided so that you could still have access to a swimming pool during your stay. We understand that the alternative pool did not provide exactly the same experience as the pool originally advertised with the accommodation. The alternative was offered as a solution to allow guests to continue enjoying access to a swimming pool, although we recognise that its location and facilities were different from those available at the property. Regarding the communication about the pool, we understand your point of view and appreciate your feedback. Situations involving shared facilities and maintenance can sometimes change, and we always aim to provide our guests with the information and alternatives available to us as soon as possible.
