The location was perfect and walking distance to many things we wanted to see and do. The unit had rustic charm and amazing views of the square from the apartment. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our trip. Many steps up to the apartment, but worth every step.

Great location and we happened to book on a weekend there was a festival going on. We had great seats from our window to people watch and listen to music. Cozy and clean and great spot to explore Split from.

The place was very clean and in an amazing location, right in the heart of old town. The host was very accommodating as well. It can get a bit noisy at night but my group and I enjoyed the background noise and it was never bad enough to lose sleep over.

GREAT location right in the middle of everything. Some outside noise at night but not enough to keep us awake. Check in was good. Was offered a driver which I took them up on but just know there is Uber which is half the cost so your call

A lovely flat in an amazingly central location within all town. Everything was clean and tidy. The hosts kindly arranged a taxi who also let the person checking us in know when we'd arrived, and they met us and walked us to the flat so everything was super easy. The flat was well equipped. There are a few flights of stairs to get up and down so just make sure you're okay with that. As the place is so central, there is a bit of noise from the square outside at night as some others have mentioned.

Charming little studio in the centre of Old Town Split close to everything. Comfy bed. Apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs to navigate. Shower curtain not ideal

Split Apt. on the Trg

Perfect location within the Palace walls for touring, dining, and entertainment. You can people watch right outside your windows-from early morning deliveries to late night shenanigans. Travel light because you will need to carry everything 4 flights. The studio accommodates 3 for sleeping, but our adult son did not find the loft comfortable (too warm). The apartment is newly remodeled, very clean and inviting.

Perfect spot in the best location!

We could not have asked for anything better. The apartment is right in the center of split and you really can’t beat the location. It had everything we needed and Anna was the best host! She gave us recommendations and little secrets about the town. We were so lucky to have found this place!!!

Middle June 2019

The location of this apartment is perfect, right in the middle of everywhere you'll want to be in Split. There is only a bed and a table for sitting, would be nice to have a lounge chair or couch. We stayed here for 6 days and loved it! The food in Split is amazing!

City break

Room slightly smaller than in the images, had everything you needed, we spent 7 days there & location wise was perfect. My only suggestion would be to anyone bringing a rental car don’t, there in no parking close by, I was told by the owner there was free street parking spaces nearby, this wasn’t the case, we had to use a car park which cost £18 per day for overnight parking & even that was full at times, I would have liked to have known this prior to booking. Other than that, great rustic studio apartment in the perfect location.

Hello Ryan, thanks for your review. I asked my person in charge Gorana, and she told me that she showed you streets where you can park for free - we can not guarantee that spots will be empty but we always advise if somebody wants to know how much is to pay per hour in a parking plot but also where to park for free if spots available .. and I just check my messages to you : I told you the exact price for parking per hour and also this possibility to park bit FURTHER from the flat for FREE . sorry that you had that experience.. have a great summer!

Perfect Location with Old World Charm!

In the heart of the old city and in my opinion it was the perfect location to stay at. Close to everything and super convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we didn't regret choosing it for our week-long stay. Pros - Location is absolutely perfect, walking traffic only below - Close to the sea all kinds of dining, shopping, and groceries - The apartment was clean, modern with old world stone walls - Great view of the square below with restaurants below - Easy walking distance to everything in and around Diocletian’s Palace - Comfortable ultra firm memory foam bed slept like a baby - Washer, dryer with soap in the apartment along with kitchen appliances Cons - The shower takes some time to get use to it so you don’t get water on the floor or run out of hot water - You have 4 flights, 58 stairs to climb if you stay on the top floor, minus 13 for the bottom apartment, good for us, but could be difficult with large luggage and people with health concerns - A little crowd noise below late at night as there is a bar close by, closing the windows fixes it - Small closet which doesn't allow you to hang clothes to easily, but it works - You will be so relaxed you sleep too much and miss your vacation...;-) I would definitely stay here again, host's were awesome!!

Emplacement parfait

It was beautiful and right in the heart of the city!

We loved this place for our honeymoon. Great access to the city and the Riva. It was during the World Cup so it was a bit noisy outside but I think you should expect there to be a nightlife in the center of Split during the summer. Everything was very clean and we were thrilled with our experience. Only one note to long term travelers; there are narrow stairs that need to be used. If you have a lot of baggage or large bags, you will need to take a few trips. We were staying in Croatia for 2 weeks so we had a fair amount of stuff.

Great location in the heart of Split .

Good size room. Everything was great for our stay. Was informed of leak in shower. Was large leak and they seam unconcerned.
