This charming apartment, ideally located on the ground floor, a calm interior courtyard, with a space to park your bikes, in the heart of the old town, allows you to enjoy the activities of the city while being protected from the hustle. On one level, it has an independent entrance, its access is easy, no staircase to climb with your luggage, stroller…. Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and has all the comfort necessary to have a great stay.
With a surface of 48 m², it consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction plate, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Pierrade/Raclette). The kitchen is open to the dining area, and to the living room with easily convertible bench in 140x 200 beds. The separate bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a hairdryer and a washing/drying machine, the hanging WC is separated.
The plus: a private 14 m² terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful days.
