This charming apartment with a pretty private garden, ideally located in the heart of the old town, allows you to enjoy the city's entertainment while being protected from the hustle and bustle. On one level, it has an independent entrance, its access is easy, no stairs to climb with your luggage, stroller…. Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and has all the necessary comforts for a great stay.
With a surface area of 45 m², it consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pierrade / raclette). The apartment has a kitchen with dining area overlooking the garden with terrace, a large bathroom with sink, bathtub, hair dryer, washer / dryer, hanging toilet and a large living room with bench easily convertible into 140x200 bed and sleeping area with queen size bed, wardrobe.
The services are as follows: beds made, towels, house and table linen, cleaning and hospitality products, wifi, cot and baby chair.

bon séjour à deux pas du centre historique

Nous avons passé une seule nuit; les indications pour notre arrivée étaient très claires. L'appartement était conforme à nos attentes et fidèle à la description. L'appartement est bien équipé et dispose d'un petit rez de jardin intime.

Location was superb with a sweet garden to store my bike. Stayed 4 quiet nights, HOWEVER, The host seemed snarky, stingy & bothered when I had questions about the operation of the appliances with European symbols on the oven, the washer door did not latch( I did not want to just jam it closed, the Microwave door needed to be slammed shut to work & (a note of explanation would have been helpful.). There were no instructions on how to regulate the towel bar, again, friendly tips would have been appreciated. The host went so far as to insult my intelligence by stating ‘apparently this was above my abilities”. He stated there were instructions in the wardrobe, but I did not see them in plain view. He asked that the garbage be separated ( no problem)& to use the hanging key to access the location of the poubelles-as I attempted to find the bins, I ended down in the cave with the lights going off & he asked me why I was even there! Instead of being concerned about my unpleasant experience. He is stingy, as there was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel & 1 dish towel- for 4 days without an available washer nor drying towel bar! The kitchen knives were SO dull. I even had to buy a full package of TP, since there was only 1 roll there & he considered TP to be ‘a consumable ‘ item at my expense. I left 3 full rolls of TP, salad dressing & 2 small pots of jam- hoping the next ‘guest will not receive such a poor welcome as I. I think this host doesn’t really like what he’s doing.

Gerne wieder!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber es war toll! Die Lage ist top und das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der kleine, gemütliche Garten. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Liebe drin steckt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host war wunderbar. Allgemein sehr zu empfehlen! :)

Traumhaftes Appartement

Der kleine Märchengarten ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral an der wunderschönen Altstadt, die in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Es war ein wirklich toller Kurzurlaub. Vielen Dank

Very nice apartment in centre of Colmar, just outside the crowded area

Very good, the apartment was clean, properly equipped and very cool in the summer. The garden was really a bonus after a day in the town.
