We would love to welcome you to Villa Sierra, our beautiful, modern 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa situated in a cul-de-sac on the prestigious gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven, a few minutes from Championsgate and close to Disney. The villa is self-catering and sleeps a maximum of 10 people.

With no rear neighbours the south west facing pool deck has a large 30' by 15' pool and spa with sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine or simply enjoy a relaxing swim after a long day in the parks. A covered dining area (lanai) is the perfect location to enjoy breakfast or dine al fresco under the stars with a glass of something special.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. All bedrooms have flat screen LED TV's and ceiling fans for your comfort. The master bedroom has a balcony with outstanding views of a lake and conservation area and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening watching the beautiful sunset. The villa has modern furnishings throughout and a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a laundry room..

The upstairs games and movie loft has a slate full size pool table and large flat screen TV and a PS4. The perfect little nook for little ones to chill out after a day out in the parks. There is also free and unlimited 100mbs high speed wi-fi throughout the villa.

Pool heating is not included in the rental as it is an optional extra which can be added upon request. This charge will be $35 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

The villa is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door, driveway and on the pool equipment. We do not allow events or parties on our property or any over occupancy as this is strictly against Florida state law and will result in your contract being terminated and eviction with immediate effect without refund. No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property or in the community of West Haven.

We regret that smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa.

There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars. There must be no parking on the road between midnight and 7am and no parking on the grass, apron or sidewalks at any time. This will result in cars being towed by the HOA at your own. The parking of RV's is strictly prohibited in our community.
