It is located on the first floor of the building and has the attractive feature of being able to enjoy the interior courtyard as a terrace, which has been covered with a small roof to have privacy from neighbours and to allow natural light in, being able to enjoy a very pleasant and peaceful outdoor space that has been decorated with great taste and every possible detail.
The apartment has capacity for 4 people and has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. It is a charming bedroom where built-in wardrobes have been fitted, a work desk and even a flat-screen television has been installed.
The entire apartment is decorated in light and white tones to give a greater sense of space. The living room is equally charming, with quite high ceilings, wooden-toned floors, and a very modern incorporated kitchen. A beautiful wooden beam stands out in the middle between the kitchen and the sofa bed. It has all the luxuries. Special wine fridge, espresso machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher or Internet. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking approximately 350 metres from the apartment.

Important: Please note: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration for each guest prior to access to the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
