Olavide VIII apartment in Madrid
Located in a characteristic building in the Chamberí neighbourhood, a highly desirable area for being central and away from the hustle and bustle of the older zone. A very safe residential area surrounded by everything necessary for a perfect stay, whether for work or with family or friends. It is a recently fully renovated building with restored apartments equipped with the latest technology.
The building has a lift and an interior courtyard. To access the lift, it is necessary to climb a small flight of steps, as is usual in old buildings. For its renovation, an aesthetic and practical criterion has been applied in a spectacular manner, resulting in a beautiful and very comfortable accommodation.
The Apartment:
With capacity for four people, this is a perfect apartment. Decorated in line with the latest trends in terms of furniture or wall or floor design: French-style wooden furniture, very elegant striped wallpaper for the rooms, light grey tones and pastel colours....
Kitchen or bathroom with the latest in design, looking for elegance, practicality and the best equipment. The kitchen is incorporated into the living room to make the most of the space and a high bar is used as a dining area with design stools. The living room with a comfortable double sofa bed is equally bright and has a balcony with insulating windows to avoid noise and preserve the temperature.
The room is of a good size, also with a nice balcony and good and large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has internet, Smart TV, and all the equipment that might be needed. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 50 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The building has been renovated in 2023.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
