This modern duplex is located on the 5th floor of a protected building, in the heart of the neighborhood of Las Letras is this duplex, recently renovated.
It is a cozy apartment with a modern decoration, in which elements of great character such as wooden beams and sloping ceilings stand out. Ideal for lovers of Madrid looking to discover every corner of the city.
On the second floor is the social area, separate kitchen and a full bathroom with shower.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated. It has two sofa beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of high capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.
The second floor has a double bed, fitted closets and excellent lighting thanks to its windows and en suite bathroom, equipped with shower.

Surprising is the large number of windows throughout the house, which provide natural light and excellent ventilation.

The house has air conditioning on both floors.

Supplies included in the price: electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have a crib. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Excellent location in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, with a great cultural, leisure, restaurant and commercial offer. A few meters from Puerta de Sol and Plaza Cibeles.

A deposit of 195€ is charged. This amount will be returned once the property has been checked and verified that it is in good condition.

Loved everything about our stay! Best part was the location, right in the heart of Madrid close to all public transportation and tourist spots. The host was always readily available! Would definitely re-book.

Great Place

We loved staying at Nerea’s place! It’s in a great location with a metro stop around the corner and great eateries. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus since there were 4 of us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great location, cozy apartment

The apartment is located just 2 minutes away from Sevilla Metro Station, very close to Puerta del Sol and other touristic attractions. Very clean and nice apartment.

Amazing location and property

Before arriving Nerea was extremely communicative and helpful! The location is amazing and the space was bigger than the photos made it look. The only downside was the construction across the street in the mornings, however it wasn’t too much of a bother. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent property in the center of Madrid

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid at this property. The communication with management was great through the whole process. The unit was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It is centrally located allowing us to walk to all of our desired sites including Reina Sofia and Prado Museums, the Royal Palace, Retiro Park, to and from Atocha train station and all of the great spots in between.

Lovely duplex minutes from the Prado

We loved our stay here. It’s a lovely duplex, pleasingly furnished, extremely clean. Minutes from the Prado, el Retiro Park, the the literary quarter, the Lavapies neighborhood. Neria was an excellent host. Quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Location

The apartment is located on a small street, so very little noise. However, it is very close to plenty of restaurants. All of the main tourist areas of Madrid are within easy walking distance. We had a great time. Thank you!

Beautiful apt, great location

The apartment is beautiful. Wooden beams, old windows, and a teeny tiny window in the upstairs bathroom. The location in the city is great, easy to walk to everything downtown. Property manager texted and called us right away when we couldn’t figure out the front door the first day. Loved the place.

The location is great, as is the apartment. For some reason I thought it had two bedrooms, but it really has one. Additional sleeping is in the living room on couches. The angled roof takes a lot of the room space away, more so than what the pictures say, especially upstairs. Surprisingly not much direct sunlight in the apartment despite top floor and lots of windows. It was hot outside and the upstairs AC could not keep up leaving upstairs to be quite warm. But without it, it would have been a baking oven. The host graciously let us stay for a couple of hours after our checkout time, till 1pm, for a nominal fee.

when we arrived there was an issue with the cleaning of the place, there was an odd smell which appeared and disappeared... i would recommend a small lamp at the wood-box near the elevator...

Lovely apartment in great location

Overall everything was very good. A lot of construction on street (which was partially blocked by traffic so taxi drops you off at end of street, but short walk) but it was not noisy. Lots of towels which I often find is in short supply on longer stays. Only complaint was that the heating unit on lower level was insufficient to keep that level comfortable. Upper level was plenty warm. And watch the beams!!

Madrid apartment

The bed was not made and the bathrooms were not clean. We left for a walk and when we came back the bed was made, toilets were sanitized and towels for bathing were left in the bathrooms. The apartment is very well located but I would not stay here again.

Convenient apartment, has all the basics. Quiet location.

Good space for our family of three. Very convenient location, close to good restaurants, metro, museums, good WiFi. The sloping roof is a bit of a challenge for adults, especially near the staircase. Kitchen was sparely supplied, with 4 sets of plates and bowls, and a couple of glasses. AC worked well for the 40 degree hot spell during our visit. It was decorated nicely and the wood beams conveyed the historic feel of the barrio.

Excellent location and very cool apartment

We loved this apartment. The location is so close to restaurants, shopping, and cultural activities. The apartment is very cool. It has a great combination of modern with rustic charm. The windows open to the street which gives it a purely European vibe. The elevator did not work on our last day which meant up and down 5 flights of stairs. This did add to the authenticity of city living. We loved it!

Great location

Modern top floor apartment on 2 floors, in building with elevator. Well-kept, nice furnishings. Bedroom is upstairs, with a double bed. 2 sofa beds in living room. Wonderful to have 2 full baths with showers. Kitchen in good shape, with washer that worked. No coffee maker though. Steps away from Puerta del Sol and lots of restaurants and Metro station.
