This modern duplex is located on the 5th floor of a protected building, in the heart of the neighborhood of Las Letras is this duplex, recently renovated.
It is a cozy apartment with a modern decoration, in which elements of great character such as wooden beams and sloping ceilings stand out. Ideal for lovers of Madrid looking to discover every corner of the city.
On the second floor is the social area, separate kitchen and a full bathroom with shower.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated. It has two sofa beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of high capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.
The second floor has a double bed, fitted closets and excellent lighting thanks to its windows and en suite bathroom, equipped with shower.

Surprising is the large number of windows throughout the house, which provide natural light and excellent ventilation.

The house has air conditioning on both floors.

Supplies included in the price: electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have a crib. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Excellent location in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, with a great cultural, leisure, restaurant and commercial offer. A few meters from Puerta de Sol and Plaza Cibeles.

A deposit of 195€ is charged. This amount will be returned once the property has been checked and verified that it is in good condition.

The location is great, as is the apartment. For some reason I thought it had two bedrooms, but it really has one. Additional sleeping is in the living room on couches. The angled roof takes a lot of the room space away, more so than what the pictures say, especially upstairs. Surprisingly not much direct sunlight in the apartment despite top floor and lots of windows. It was hot outside and the upstairs AC could not keep up leaving upstairs to be quite warm. But without it, it would have been a baking oven. The host graciously let us stay for a couple of hours after our checkout time, till 1pm, for a nominal fee.

Excelente ubicación a solo minutos caminando de Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Parque el Retiro y estación del metro. El apartamento es acogedor y limpio. La comunicación con el encargado fue extraordinaria “check in” fácil y efectivo. Ademas nos arrendaron otro apartamento en “early check in” ya que llegamos temprano en la mañana.

This was the perfect location for us. Our main complaint was no heat…in January. We tried messaging but the problem was never resolved. The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen could have used a few more basics like salt and pepper. This is not a good place for a tall person. We are both 5’6 and each of us got several head bumps. That being said though, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment in great location

Overall everything was very good. A lot of construction on street (which was partially blocked by traffic so taxi drops you off at end of street, but short walk) but it was not noisy. Lots of towels which I often find is in short supply on longer stays. Only complaint was that the heating unit on lower level was insufficient to keep that level comfortable. Upper level was plenty warm. And watch the beams!!

GREAT LOCATION!!

Lovely apartment located in the heart of downtown Madrid. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just steps away. However, if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for some noise at night, as the sounds of partygoers from the lively streets can be quite noticeable. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the neighbors were friendly. While the two sofa beds were usable, they weren’t the most comfortable options for sleeping. One aspect to note is that you need to sign a contract before check-in, which includes a detailed inventory list of all items in the house. While this was fine, it did require some extra effort on our part to verify everything upon arrival. It's good that we did, as we found some discrepancies in the inventory list. We immediately informed the host, and communication was good. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for its great location and cleanliness. Just keep in mind the potential for noise and the inventory check process!

Buena ubicación

En términos generales, la experiencia ha sido buena. Lo que no nos ha gustado nada, es que en las ventanas de la estancia del piso inferior, no hubiera cortinas ni persianas. Nada más que se hace de día entra toda la luz y además, no hay ninguna intimidad.

Excellent property in the center of Madrid

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid at this property. The communication with management was great through the whole process. The unit was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It is centrally located allowing us to walk to all of our desired sites including Reina Sofia and Prado Museums, the Royal Palace, Retiro Park, to and from Atocha train station and all of the great spots in between.

Amazing location and property

Before arriving Nerea was extremely communicative and helpful! The location is amazing and the space was bigger than the photos made it look. The only downside was the construction across the street in the mornings, however it wasn’t too much of a bother. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, cozy apartment

The apartment is located just 2 minutes away from Sevilla Metro Station, very close to Puerta del Sol and other touristic attractions. Very clean and nice apartment.

Great location.great place!

Nice apartment with some low beams, so watch your head around dining table. I think all of us bump our heads. The elevator is a little small, so don’t bring too big of luggage. I chose to take the stairs because I’m 65,over weight and figured I needed the exercise after eating so well at all the good restaurants Madrid has to offer. Our host responded rapidly to an issue we had with shower , no problems. Construction across our building started early but we didn’t mind the noise. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The air conditioning was wonderful at night, there are windows in loft bedroom if you chose to open. There is a little window in upper shower,watch for workers on roof. We were happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location but uncomfortable ceilings.

The sleeping accommodations are not comfortable. The sofa beds are not good for sleeping through the night and the very short ceilings are difficult to handle. we could not believe you did not leave at least salt and pepper!

Construction Zone!

Pictures a little misleading as the beams are really low. If you are over 5’ tall you will bump your head easily. There is major building construction ongoing directly across the street. Also, there was repair work happening on our roof. We were only notified of this a few days prior to arrival so it was not possible to cancel. Very loud during work hours. We had hoped for afternoon siestas which were made impossible. Without the construction we would have said four, maybe five stars.

Great location

We had a great experience at this property. It was nicely located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The host was helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend for a stay in Madrid.
