The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 15 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.
The jacuzzi is on request for an additional 120 euros per week (or
less) and has to be arranged with the property owner.
A football table and billiards table are available on request and have
to be arranged with the property owner, privately. Please contact us

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
