Steps up from the pool lead to a raised terrace. The front door opens
into an open plan sitting room and dining/kitchen area. There is also a
full bathroom on this level. Patio doors from the sitting room and
kitchen open onto a large balcony which overlooks pool.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), each with their
own access to the front balcony. There is also a large family bathroom.
The ground floor, via a separate entrance, opens into a self contained
apartment with lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and
bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
