This stunning penthouse with terrace and private parking is located in the heart of Malaga center right next to the city's picturesque market Atarazanas.



This holiday home features a bright, large living room with sofa, dining table, armchairs, flat screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen. From the living room, you can access a charming terrace with outdoors furniture and a lovely view.

One the main floor, you will also find a double bedroom (160x200cm), with wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.



The stairs in the living room lead you up to the 1st floor, where you will find a large second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and two wardrobes as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.



The property features free high-speed internet. We offer free private parking in the same building. Please consult for availability.



IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the severe water shortage, ongoing drought in Andalusia and local water restrictions for non-essential use, the jacuzzi will not be available for the foreseeable future.

The location was just great! The apartment was very clean and worked well for the three of us adults. There was a problem with one cabinet door, but it was fixed immediately after we reported it. EXCELLENT service once again, both when we arrived and at other times. Just one tiny thing: the info folder could mention which coffee capsules fit the coffee machine. Once again, we first bought the wrong size :)

Stayed here as a group of 4 and we absolutely loved it. The location is PRIME and the apartment is very spacious. Contacting the host via whatsapp was easy and they were very quick and responsive. I would recommend staying here 10000%. Only heads up is that if you want to rent the parking spot, its like 3-4 floors underground and the parking is super tight and difficult to manoeuvre so be weary of that.

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Il est idéalement situé dans le centre-ville proche de tout. L'appartement est au 4eme étage dans un bel immeuble. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very comfortably furnished, everything you need is there. Great location for exploring the city. There was even enough space in the underground car park for our VW T4 bus.

Wenn nur die Lage zählen würde,

gäbe es die Maximalbewertung: Am Rand der Altstadt in einem gepflegten Viertel, zum Schlafen auch bei offenem Fenster extrem ruhig. Ansonsten ist es ein wenig "na ja". Der Wohn-und Essbereich ist im Verhältnis zu den Schlafzimmern recht eng (für 4 Personen wohl zu eng), die Bäder klein, die Geschirrausstattung dürftig und ungepflegt (am Geschirr waren noch klebrige Reste von den Preisschildern). Ungepflegt und schmutzig war auch der Balkon, der angekündigte Jacuzzi fehlte, was uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört hat. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist wohl längere Zeit nicht benutzt worden, auch hier hätte eine gründliche Reinigung nicht geschadet. Fazit: Die Wohnung war wohl einmal sehr schön, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Erhaltung wäre wünschenswert. Im gegenwärtigen Zustand stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Definitely a great place to stay in Malaga.

Very modern, clean apartment. It is ideally located in the city centre surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. It is very private, peaceful and situated in a beautiful building. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

Inaccurate listing

The property does not have a functioning hot tub, despite it being listed and photographed. This was dissapointing and also means that the terrace is dominated by a large covered hot tub. This has been escalated to the property manager but no response yet. Otherwise the property was nice and well appointed. It gets quite hot in the sun but there is air conditioning. The location is great and the check in was smooth and friendly.

Excellent home away from home.

We have visited Malaga three times now and always choose a Solaga property. They advertise accurately and maintain lovely rentals. This was no exception. The home is comfortable and bright. The terrace is lovely and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a perfect hot tub for two and we kept it on the cooler side since it was a warm week. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and baths are spacious and comfortable. Solaga is great at communicating prior to and during your stay. We will always use them when we visit Costa del Sol.
