Fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is truly outstanding—we walked to all the major attractions with ease. There’s a bakery at the end of the street and several wonderful cafés just steps away, which made mornings especially enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!

Nice Place

Our family of 5 enjoyed this apartment. It was a little tricky getting in. The elevator is for just one and the stairs going up to it are old and the lights were off when we entered. The street was ok. It was close to a lot of the things we wanted to visit in Paris so that was great.

Nice location, the noise started at 8am since they were doing some work in the building.

It’s a bit expensive since you cannot check in early and you have to be out by 11am. That’s only 7 hours. Communication with the property management was good.

Not sure how Parisians define luxury’ but this wasn’t it.

Great neighborhood, fun location. Ok apartment, definitely not high end. No AC in the room. Loft was very short and small. It was tiny for the 4 of us. Again great location, very cute neighborhood! Check in process wasn’t great.

Great for family

The loft is perfect for kids. Great location 1 block from a busy market street and right next to a subway station. The street it is on is very quite, so no noise at night. The apartment is on the 1st floor (one level up above stret level) so stairs are easy and quick. The windows open into a very small courtyard, so not much of a view. Air conditioning worked great, and with the extra small fans they have in the apartment, it worked very well.. Overall a great property for our family of 5.

Paris getaway

The property was in very good condition, clean, and as expected. Management was very easy to contact, always in communication, and quick to respond.Easy check in and a how to enter video was provided before my stay. (I communicated via email but they do have a phone number for emergencies). I do want to mention that the flat is in a fabulous location/ 25 min walk to Louvre and one street away from Rue Montorgueil- known as one of the best food/market streets in Paris. Can’t beat that!!

2BR/2BA Apartment near Les Halles and Sentier Metro

This property worked amazingly well for our family (17 y.o. girl and 15 y.o boy) The central Paris location was perfect for walking. There are many Metro line stops less than a 10 minute walk away making access to anywhere in the city ideal. The apartment definitely looks bigger in the pictures, but that is to be expected. The apartment was cleaned and was perfectly sized for our needs. A calm place to come back to after a long day of touring the city. A decent sized fridge to store some cold drinks and snacks from the market. A great coffee maker for a quick cafe. I would recommend this place for a fmaily looking to tour Paris.

Posting description and photos misleading!

I traveled to Paris with my two adult daughters. We arrived at the apartment only to discover it did not appear as pictured. The photos make it appear there are trees outside the windows & that the unit is bright. There are no trees & the windows opened to a light well. It was extremely dark inside the unit with only three windows looking into the light well so it felt like a dungeon. There was only a sofa, no additional chair or table as pictured. There was barely room for 3 of us to sit in the unit, unless you wanted to sit on one of the bar stools. The unit smelled inside & we think it was due to the main level bathroom that smelled of mold. My one daughter developed what seemed like either allergies or cold symptoms but we think it was an allergy to the mold in the bathroom. Overall, the unit & linens were very clean but both bathroom showers had the appearance of soap scum/mold on the grout on the walls of the shower. We tried to leave the windows open but then we could smell the cooking smells of the people who lived in the bottom unit. We experienced quite a bit of noise in the building. Two of the upstairs tenants were up past 2:00 in the morning speaking loudly & when the downstairs tenants were talking while cooking, the sound traveled right up so we had to close the windows. We could also hear the elevator going up & down constantly. The location was excellent with amenities, shopping & dining just steps away but I feel the unit is way overpriced!

Es war sehr enttäuschend zu sehen, dass die Bilder der Unterkunft bei der Anzeige nicht der Realität entsprechen. Die Unterkunft war recht vom Staub bedeckt. Die Fenster waren nur in Richtung Innenhof der als Mülldeponie fungierte. Das Lüften war daher wegen Geruchsbelästigung schwierig die die Wohnung war recht dunkel. Es hatte noch eine Plastikblume, die voller Staub war. Das Treppenhaus war mit Plastikfolie bedeckt und sehr verschmutzt, vermutlich wegen eines Umbaus der uns nicht kommuniziert wurde.

Beautiful stay in Paris

We had the best time with all the family in Paris. The apartment is perfect, at walking distance from Louvre and many other attractions and also sorroundings are beautiful (there is a little street nearby it full of restaurants and cafès). There is also the underground at literally 2 minutes (stop: Sentier). The apartment is clean and has everything you can ask. I would recommend it without any doubt. Finally, the assistance of VRBO is really effective, they are very kind and make the check in and check out procedures very easy. In conclusion: great service and great apartment

Pictures Not Accurate

The pictures were definitely misleading. The attention to detail was lacking example 8 guest were given 6 towels. The loft which was to accommodate two couples had to be crawled into. One of the bathroom floor tiles were broken, cracked and lose. The apartment had a mildewy smell. I will not recommend this unit to anyone.
