Important things to know:
- Special access : You will need to collect the keys from a brewery next to the apartment.
- Not suitable for disabled people.

The apartment is ideal for 8 people but can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

-Living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- 1 TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine, hair dryer
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items
-A baby cot / high chair only on request

- Elevator goes up to the 4th 3/4 floor. You will need to use the stairs to reach the elevator as well as to reach the apartment as the elevator is stopping on the 4th 3/4 and the apartment is located on the 5th floor.

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
ATTENTION SPECIAL ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- To get the keys of the apartment you will have to go to a brewery. We will send you all the details once the reservation is confirmed.
- To collect the keys you will need a code that we will send you beforehand (same for the check-out)
- Please note that you will be able to collect the keys until 00:30 am only.
- The door to your apartment is on the 5th floor. The elevator starts on the 1st floor
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Bus 30 / 31 : Charles de Gaulle - Etoile - Wagram

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only

Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
