Overall, very enjoyable and loved being right on the beach. We had plenty of room for our family and we were close to plenty of good shops and restaurants. Would recommend updating the furnishings, pretty broken in, but we were very satisfied.

The condo was nice and furnished well. Check in, WiFi, parking and beach chair/umbrella were easy. A suggestion would be to invest in a wardrobe or dresser for the bedroom with bunk beds, as well as maybe replace the bunk bed with a full size trundle bed.

AC unit kept changing to 75 degrees. If controlled off site or pre-programmed it sure needs to be changed as 75 is way too hot to sleep comfortably for us.

Great vacation!

Wonderful vacation. Nice property. Peaceful. Quiet. Convenient. Convenient parking. When we go back to PCB would definitely stay here again.

Grocery store feet

The condo needs better mattresses. The beds are very uncomfortable. The dust ruffle in the 2 nd bedroom is really dirty. The floor could not have been mopped our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo.

Great Condo Highly recommend

Condo was clean, property is super nice, close to everything, so much to do. Checkin process was smooth. Everything is as described, my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Condo was nice and very well furnished with what you need. Upon arrival we did find some left behind used wash rags and pills on the floor, it was overall clean. We enjoyed the beach all week! That was what we were coming for anyway not to spend time in a condo! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice condo

Beautiful view from 16th floor, there were a few cosmetic things like the bathroom door wouldn’t lock and the fridge shelf as broken but other than that it was nice and very spacious for the 6 of us.

Friends Getaway

The view was amazing. The amenities were good. The mattresses (bunk beds) were unacceptable. Two of our group slept on the couch. The kitchen had bare minimum for our group. Scissors would have been nice as well as a few spare rolls for the bathrooms. We could have used some more bath towels. Although we were told there were no pool/beach towels, that is an extra that would have been much appreciated since we were staying on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had to spend 2 days trying to get my parking registered so it wouldn’t get towed then finally got that done. Then we get in the condo and notice how run down the place was. And Some things where broke (toliet paper holder, the stand fan, no batteries in the remotes so we had to go buy just to watch TV). It wasn’t terrible. But I’ll never go back.

Slow elevators and need new mattresses

Overall the condo served our purpose. One major complaint was the slow elevators. With having cold groceries and waiting a while to get on the elevator while it was very hot it was concerning our groceries would go bad. The other issue was the mattresses were very worn out and we’re not comfortable.

Overall, great stay and awesome location.

Condo was in a great location on PC Beach. We loved the resort amenities including the 2 pools and easy beach access with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit though. It wasn't just terrible, but it seemed obvious that the cleaner rushes through... hairballs in the corners of the bathrooms, smudges on the fridge, super dirty baseboards throughout, floors hadn't been mopped in a while and the couch had what we decided to call "milk stains". We also didn't think that the 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were adequate for a family of 5 staying 4 nights. I would not necessarily recommend AGAINST staying here, just be aware that you'll likely not be welcomed by a meticulously clean unit.

PCB FAMILY TRIP

The property was in an excellent location, easy to get to and spacious enough for 6 people. It seemed to be clean except for the floors. My husband swept up a lot of sand and what appeared to be pet hair. There was some trash under the guest bed. Those were the only issues we saw with the condo. I had a couple questions before we left for our vacation but could never get the property manager to answer the phone, return calls or respond to emails. They answered a day or two before we were to be there. It is a nice place to stay but terrible communication.

Our stay was five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our recent stay at this beachfront ocean view property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning views of the ocean right from the living room and bedrooms. The property was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Our stay included two adults and five children ages 9-18, they all enjoyed it with plenty of spots to sleep. It included a twin bunk bed, a queen bed, king bed and a pull of sofa sleeper. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy morning walks, swimming, and sunset views every day. The balcony was our favorite spot to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was responsive and attentive, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities that you’ll find in a binder located in the room. Having a well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, fans, etc… made our stay even more enjoyable. The condos have two pools that overlook the ocean and a great little bar/grill that has the most amazing adult drinks! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories here!

All and all ok vacation.

Location of condo is good. Condo needs upgrades. Shower curtain torn. Curtains in living room torn. Fawcett in tub didn’t work. Toilets easily stopped up. Bed in master not good. Bed furniture seemed old and shaky. Pool security seems a little overboard. Constantly checking wrist bands. No balls in pool. No babies jumping from side to mom or dad. Not crazy the pool on level 5 and beach entrance level one. Loved it had a parking garage. Car in shade all day. All and all good vacation.

Great beach

The property needs some updating for sure. The pots and pans are disgusting. Dishwasher and oven didn’t work. The housekeeping service was very unhelpful. The condo had sand everywhere and was filthy. When we called they insisted they cleaned and supposedly came back and cleaned again. But there were sticky marks all over the kitchen that were there from day 1 and still there after they supposedly came back and cleaned. My issue is it’s a pandemic and if they really didn’t clean the floors what else wasn’t cleaned. The beach and pool was amazing. It was awesome that we had beach chairs and an umbrella.

Not pleased overall

Cleanliness was a significant disappointment. Obviously floors, patio area had spills and ashes. Slime in ice and water dispenser on fridge door. Dirty dishes in cabinets, dust was thick. Sanitation spray didn’t even work. I won’t nick pick all the flaws. with the cleanliness of bathrooms and common areas. Overall we will be prepared to clean upon arrival on our next stay, yet completely disappointed that we pay 149.00 cleaning fee believing we would be arriving to a sanitized and clean place

Great trip!

Great experience overall. One of the elevators ended up being out of order and there were long waits sometimes, but not all the time. Plenty of room for my family and my daughters friends who came along for their senior trip. Great views from balcony. On my last day I walked out in the balcony to see someone fishing had caught a shark! At least 3 feet, maybe 4. So exciting! And we were within walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions that it saved us a lot of gas! Would definitely come back. Only complaint is that they don’t allow vaping anywhere OUTSIDE at the property except at a designated location. They don’t even want you to vape on your balcony. We don’t smoke cigarettes, just vapes, and I was a bit confused by it since it wasn’t allowed outside, but rules are rules. Be sure to bring your own knives/scissors because the knife block is in desperate need of replacing. All appliances that we used worked great (oven, microwave, washer, dryer). We grilled out one night and the gas grills provided in the grilling area worked good and there was plenty of room to spread out what you needed (food, tools, etc). I was afraid being so close to pier park that the beach would be crowded, but the location is great and the beach wasn’t ever overcrowded. Communication is great with property management.
