Sweet Lower Manhattan Tribeca Loft In NY

This stunning space is a charming safe and private alternative to a hotel. A stylishly furnished, self catering space, non smoking 1 bedroom loft apt with 1 well appointed modern tiled/outfitted bath with tub/ shower. Lovely gourmet kitchen with service for 5-6. We are on 2nd floor, about 15 steps to apt /no elevator in small residential bldg. in lower Manhattan, Tribeca, next to SOHO. Apt has 1 queen bed in bedroom, separated from adjacent living area by a wall of sliding opaque glass doors. The bedroom also has a wall of built in closets and there is an alcove desk for doing work or just answering mail. Well equipped private space with multiple conveniences designed for a relaxing visit. All towels/linens provided. Paper products, soaps and detergent provided for a month. Cleaned and sanitized right before all arrivals. A private guest laundry within a separate hall of apt. is available to guests. We can book up to 2 months. No commercial use including filming, studios, lessons, personal services or unusual hours. Leslie said: Location, location, location...I needed a place and came across this gem. The pictures are a true glimpse into this place. Very comfy and well appointed. The bed is comfy. Plenty of towels.The subway is super close as well as so much in walking distance. I didn’t make restaurant reservations ahead so I could try some new places and just walked around until I found something and I was so happy with all my new finds. This was my first time not staying in a hotel in NYC and I will certainly stay here on next visit.

Everything about the apartment -- the layout, furnishings, incidentals, vibe, etc. -- was superb. The location, on a quiet street but near enough to Chinatown, Soho, Hudson River Park, Brooklyn Bridge and the Battery to walk, was a special treat. We highly recommend this loft for a relaxing time in the midst of a vibrant and inviting scene.
