Cape Serenity Mansion offers a luxury concept in Cavo Greco, a natural park offering rare plants and natural rock formations with breathtaking views and turquoise crystal clear sea.
Suites at Cape Serenity are luxuriously decorated and come with a cable TV and iPad. Bathrobes, slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer can be found in the bathroom.
Main building consist of 3 bedrooms on first floor with en-suite master and a bathtub. .
There are also 6 independent suites with 3 of them having their own living room.
An extra en-suite bedroom is located in the basement with access to balcony.
Within a 5-minute drive you will reach the local nightlife and more sandy beaches.
Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site..
Agia Napa Sea Caves are just 600 meters away and 2.5m tha famous Konnos Beach.
Larnaca International Airport is 41 km from the property.

Exceptional Place

The place is exceptional. It has large outdoor areas with a very large pool and a wonderful pool bar. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets.

Amazing Villa

The House was very nice, comfortable and very clean !! The swimming pool is super !! There is absolutely nothing that i could find fault to. A big thank you to Fotos for the guidance and his help. Fully recommended !! I strongly suggest it !!

Place to relax together

Villa was excellent for our family. My sisters, our children and our mum. There was enought space for privacy and lovely ground to spent time together. Location made possible to made a walk or ran in nationalpark and when we wanted to go centrum we took a bus. Good air conditioning in every bedroom/apartment. Villas2let answered my emails very fast and I got answer for every questions I asked. We got them comprehensive information and tips.

Exquisite villa in stunning location

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this stunning mansion. It has the best sunsets and the most amazing amenities. It is absolutely huge and has everything you would need. You will need a car if you don’t like long walks to nearest town ( approx 5 k) we found the link to the Wolt app so helpful as we had all our groceries delivered on our first morning which was fantastic. The villa is just stunning, the master bedroom has the sun setting and rising each morning over the bay which is just dreamy. It is secluded and really close to caves which is a ten minute walk to the right of the villa which gives stunning views. My kids were overwhelmed at the grandness and sheer size of the villa Only small things to note are chairs in dining room seem to be slightly broken , we went in April so showers on a morning were slightly colder than usual and the jacuzzi bath had a leak so couldn’t use it. Apart from that this was the most ostentatious and stunning place to stay for our first family holiday together and to add to the beauty I got proposed to by the love of my life whilst there watching the sun set The best week with the best people in the most stunning villa ever

Four generations under one roof….well 2 roofs actually!

We stayed at Cape Serenity to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and had kids under 4, teens, 20’s,50’s and an 80 yr old. This was the perfect property for that. We had the young kids and their parents in the main house and the rest of us had our own suites in the 2nd building. It couldn’t have worked out better. We all had privacy when we needed it and used the fabulous pool area when we were all together. No one ever felt like anyone was “in their space”. The area by the pool was outstanding with an outdoor kitchen containing a fridge, freezer, sink and barbecue. This prevented us from constantly tracking wet feet through the main house for drinks, snacks etc. The covered lounge area has a tv so we were able to catch up with football while we were there too! The hosts were very helpful and reacted quickly and efficiently when I wanted or needed something. I had to ask about a local doctor as well as somewhere to buy super glue and they came back right away with options. The included concierge service was also excellent and they helped organize a SUPERB yacht trip as well as some restaurant reservations. If I had any negatives (and there really aren’t many) I’d say that the main kitchen is very small for a house this size and the fridge in the kitchen is also undersized. The outdoor kitchen does help a lot but if you filled this house to capacity, the fridge would be full before half the group put anything in it. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and loved our stay.

Die Villa respektive das Resort war perfekt. Es ist riesig und etwas abgelegen. Für einen Urlaub mit Freunden (Abschlussreisen) ist es einfach genial. Keine Nachbarn, eine bereits vorhandene Musikbox zum Mitnutzen, ein super grosser Pool und perfekte Lage für Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr empfehlenswert!
