Indoors: Upon entering, guests are greeted by a warm and inviting living room adorned with stylish furnishings. A studio area offers access to a large terrace with breathtaking sea views, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. This level features three double bedrooms, each boasting en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Descending to the lower level, guests will find a wet bar and a spacious dining room, seamlessly connected to an internal terrace. A cozy TV room provides entertainment options, while a professional kitchen caters to culinary needs. Two double bedrooms with sea views and en-suite bathrooms complete this floor, offering comfort and tranquility.

Ascending to the first floor, guests will discover four double bedrooms, each featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers. Three of these bedrooms offer access to a terrace with sweeping sea views, providing a serene setting for relaxation. All rooms are thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities.

Outdoors: Villa Superba is surrounded by lush greenery and offers large outdoor terraces for al fresco dining and lounging. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of a private pool (4 x 11 m) and a jacuzzi (2 x 2 m) with heated water and various functions. Please note that all events require prior approval and are subject to an event fee of €1500.

For all events and any organized meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners), the only authorized catering service is our in-house catering.
This ensures the highest standards of quality and coordination, as the property owners are professional chefs and will take great care of your culinary experience.

Respect for the Property
Please treat the villa and all its furnishings with care. Any damages or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.

Noise Levels
Out of respect for the neighbors and the natural surroundings, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM, especially in outdoor areas.

Maximum Capacity
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed occupancy, unless otherwise approved in writing for a special event.

No Unauthorized Vendors
External vendors (caterers, photographers, planners, etc.) are not permitted without prior written consent.
