Clube Alvor Ria -Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views over the harbour

I always try to make sure my apartment has all the amenities and equipment necessary to provide my guests a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment's location inside the condominium is central, as you say it has a large terrace with a beautiful view over the river and the swimming pool and the condominium itself has the best location in Alvor. The apartment is a modern spacious 2 bedroom apartment very well equipped, which is recognized by my repeated clients who come back year after year. In deed, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances of top brands. It has hob and a oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, coffee maker machine, electric kettle, air conditioning all over the apartment with heating and cooling features. It has several pots and pans, many plates, glasses and cutlery. I guess that it may not have all the items that people are used to at their homes as everyone has different needs. I bought several items requested by these clients to suit them, but some items can't be bought as this is a vacation property and they are very personal. The bedrooms have modern furniture and comfortable beds. The sofa is quite large and comfortable. As to the cleaning, when the clients made the reservation, a contract was made and sent to the clients who have signed it, informing that in this long stay, of 2 months, with special price reduction, monthly price, the cleanings would be made every 2 weeks, but in deed the cleanings were made with intervals of 10 to 12 days between each other. 2 sets of bed linen and 3 sets of towels were left in the apartment for the clients to use and if they wanted they could wash them as there is a washing machine in the apartment. It was given the chance of having extra cleanings with a payable fee, which the clients refused.

We bought this apartment because of its fabulous views and location. From the living room or from one of the bedrooms as well as from the balcony one can enjoy the relaxing views over the harbour. We always try to make sure that our clients feel at home and try to provide a pleasant environment with all the comfort possible for a great holiday. For this reason we have completely refurbished our apartment this year, offering a more modern and upscale decoration and furniture as well as new air conditioning all over the apartment.
