This spacious villa is located at the highest point of the village with stunning and unlimited views to the famous caldera and the volcano. The villa consists of one master bedroom with Queen size bed, two semi-private double bedrooms connected with an inner staircase. The villa has one bathroom attached to the master bedroom and one semi-private bathroom with an attached sink. Nevertheless to say that the hot tub at the terrace will give unique moments of relaxation and enjoyment

This spacious Villa is located in a quiet area at the top of the Cliffside village of Oia which is at the tip of the island of Santorini. The villa is in the style of the traditional Oia village "captain's" home with all the modern conveniences. It faces towards the sea, volcano and the famous caldera with a private terrace equipped with a hot tub!

The recently renovated villa features one master bedroom with queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a semi-private double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another semi-private double bedroom located at the small cave-loft of the house. The two bedrooms are connecter with an inner staircase. Also a living room with two sofas facing the stunning caldera, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities. The hot tub at the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Oia.

Regardless to say that the dream like view at the volcano the caldera and the picturesque village of Oia from this terrace ,will provide the guests with an unforgettable experience.

Facilities:

Fully equipped kitchen, Hot tub (Jacuzzi) ,Sat TV, Air condition, balcony equipped with patio and hot tub, WiFi internet.

Services:

Daily cleaning service, we provide bath towels, sheets and beach towels. Porter service, car or bike rental on request, booking local island tours, transfers on request.

Our breakfast is served in the property between 8:00 - 8:30 am every day in eco- friendly breakfast boxes

The Location is at the center of the village close to the main village path and just 3 mins from the closest parking lot. No cars are allowed iside the traditional village of Oia so there is no parking next to the property. Only the pubic parking of Oia is available next to Oia's Post office. All of Oia is within an easy walk, including the famous Oia sunset, cafes, restaurants, private chapels and shops.

Also it takes 5 minutes walking distance to reach the main square of Oia where you can find the taxi and bus terminal.

At your check in we meet you in person, giving you all the tips about the island (restaurants, beaches, sailing tours etc). Luggage storage is possible but we need to book an appointment at least 24 hours prior to check in

Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2024 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

Kindly be advised that from April to October is 2,00 euros and for March & November is 0,50 euros.

Please note the amount for the Climate Resilience Tax gets paid directly at the property and under no circumstances is it relative to the accommodation charges. We are then obliged to pay this money to the government for you.

Great location and beautiful view. Very clean! Oia is absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed there with our two adult children- 19 and 24. The two semi private bedrooms were great for them. The den is large with a nice sized couch. We couldn’t stop looking at the view from the balcony. Breakfast was delivered daily at 8:30am and contained pastries or bread, hard boiled or scrambled eggs, orange juice and yogurt. The entrance door is right off the main walkway. The porters were very helpful getting our luggage to and from our transportation on checkin and checkout. The owner is very responsive. Hope to return one day!

Fun in Oia

We are a sizable family of 6 and the property really met our needs. It was clean, which is something we tend to be very particular about. Mary was absolutely wonderful. She arranged our transport the entire time, to include pickup/drop off at the airport. Checking in was seamless and Mary was helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions. The reviews speak of the breakfasts, but they are truly wonderful. The patio with hot tub was perfect as well. Wonderful views, great in the morning and evening. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome view, some issues

The caldera view is wonderful, patio great, delivered breakfast is a feast. However, the 2nd bedroom had no hot water for morning showers, plumber came few hours later. A noise in the loft kept our family in the 2nd bedroom from sleeping, we notified the manager, Mary, but it was never resolved. We found Mary to be 'distant' during our stay. This was our first problematic VRBO stay. This is our 4th rental home in Santorini.

Overall wonderful (but not an ideal layout for three couples)

+ Extraordinary service, response time and attentiveness from Mary (we texted her on WhatsApp for all needs including local recommendations and arranging transportation) + Beautiful views of the caldera with partial sunset view + Lovely and varied breakfast spreads every morning + Clean, comfortable, well-maintained + Excellent location (front door literally opens onto the Oia walkway) + Adorable boho chic vibe (everything looks like the photos) + Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have attached bathrooms on the main floor - Bedroom 3 is the loft bedroom (which is accessible only by the steep-ish wooden ladder). The room is cute ... however we weren't able to safely bring our suitcases up the ladder so our luggage stayed in the kitchen the whole trip. The ladder requires physical finesse and agility because of the angle. The bathroom for this bedroom is OUTSIDE in the courtyard (not pictured). So it's quite inconvenient to go down the ladder, go outside the front door, use the dark and tiny space, come back inside, climb up ladder, etc. and repeat. Lastly, because Bedroom 3 is right on top of Bedroom 2, there is no privacy. Everyone can hear everything between the two rooms. It's a good thing we were close friends! Overall, the property itself was great, hence the 5 star review. It would likely work best for a family (with kids in the loft area) or two couples. It wasn't ideal for us as three couples without completely separate rooms/baths. But otherwise would highly recommend!

Oia Caldera View

This was a fantastic property with gorgeous views right on the caldera in Oia. Even though the town gets crowded especially during sunset, the location of this property was still very private. Mary, our host, went out of her way to be helpful. She was very positive and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Would absolutely recommend highly!

Upon arrival we were told it was only a few steps to property. Untrue. We dragged 6 bags for 5 minutes up and down cobblestone hills and steps with many people on those streets. So unsafe and the host just continued to make excuses saying you could have waited. Posters should have been at pick up point for both parties arriving. Also not told we would be sharing transport so we already waited 30 minutes at the airport.

Oia caldera house

This wa a great property. Mary and her colleagues were most helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a plus and we enjoyed the hot tub. Location was ideal.

Poor Service

While the location and view of this property is prime, it does not make up for the poor service. On VRBO, it says this property has "daily cleaning," but they only "clean" every two days. When they came to clean on the 2nd day, all they did was change the towels, take out the trash, and make up the beds. They did not bother to clean the bathrooms or wipe the floors, or anything else. In fact when we checked in, the floors were visibly dirty and had hair on them! Furthermore, the first night we decided to use the hot tub on the first night we were there. After getting in the hot tub, we found out the hot tub was not working. So I texted the manager to report the issue, and waiting twenty minutes for her to respond, I texted her once more to see if she received my text. She told me the hot tub not working was not a "urgent issue" got into an argument with me in regards to this issue! After being in a cold hot tub for thirty minutes, the maintenance guy came and turned the hot tub on! It was explained to me that the hot tub only runs for twenty minutes (in four 5 minute cycles) and then shuts off. Then you need to text the house manager, who then needs to call the maintenance guy to come turn it on again! Another issue we had was when we ran out of sugar and salt during out morning breakfast (that they provide), we were told by the house manager the maids were not nearby to bring us those until later. So we ate our breakfast without salt and drank our tea and coffee without sugar. This place didn't even have paper towels to wipe our hands when we wash the dishes, for example. We stayed in four different place all over Greece, and this was the most expensive by far and had the worst service. A apartment in comparison we stayed in Athens, cost a fourth of the price of this place and had everything you could imagine you would need inside to use! And that place was one of the most cleanest places I have ever stayed in. This property in comparison was one of the dirtiest place I have ever came across. Plus, its worth to note that the third bedroom is on the 2nd floor and you need to climb those steep stairs you see in the pictures to get to it. Also, the third bathroom is located outside in the front porch and was FULL of over 10 mosquitoes and was dirty! There are many rental properties in Oui, and I wish we had stayed in a different property there. I definitely do not recommend staying at this property, you will be very disappointed!

Gorgeous Views and great location

The house was gorgeous and the owner was very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! We thought the location couldn't have been any better. It was right near town, but yet not where all the foot traffic was which was very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Oia, pronounced Ia, is the most famous of all villages of Santorini. It is known throughout the world for its quiet life and fantastic sunset, and is certainly the most beautiful and picturesque village of Santorini. The village is also situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano of Palia and Nea Kameni and the island of Thirassia. Oia is situated on the north of the island, 11 km away from Fira.

It is a traditional village with charming houses in narrow streets, blue domed churches, and sun-bathed verandas. Its streets have plenty of tourist shops, taverns, cafes, and other shops. Oia is much more quiet that Fira and the busiest area is the main pedestrian that runs along its length. At the entrance of the village is a car park where visitors can leave their vehicle and enjoy long walks in the picturesque paths. The volcano from here is much less imposing but you can still get some gorgeous views.
