Great stay

We enjoyed the apartment, it was overall very nice and had everything we needed. However, the bathroom sink drain emanated an insane smell and the shower took forever to drain so we were standing in a lake during our showers.

Awesome location

The location can’t be beat, you can walk to old town, ponta de piedade with all the trails, Praia de mos, and pickleball/tennis across the street. One patio gets morning sun, the other afternoon sun.

Little getaway

Great location. Easy check in very clean. Lovely restaurant just outside the building.. easy access to anywhere. Only thing I would recommend is the beds are not super comfortable. Doable but could be better..Otherwise was great. Would recommend to stay for sure.

Perfect Location

A great view and sunshine all afternoon until sunset on back deck. Super location walking distance to Intermarche and Super Eureka 5 minutes away. Tennis and pickleball courts across the street. Building is super quiet with great neighbors. Kitchen very well equipped. Rental Valley was super in responding and assisting with any concerns. Good value for your money. We will be back.

Perfect stay

I had a wonderful time here. The home is charming, clean, quite, and very comfortable. Three balconies to enjoy, two which include a lovely view of the ocean. Kitchen is fully equipped. The location is also great. About a 20 min. walk to old town Lagos full of dining and shopping options. Same for the beach. Property includes parking if needed. I drove a few times to further destinations. Also, there is a convenient and delightful cafe immediately outside the building. You’ll enjoy your stay here.

Overall good value. Located in a residential area but very walkable and to local dining areas which we preferred over the more touristy old town area. Found some real gems! Excellent super mercado located around the corner and a lovely cafe in the middle of the complex. There were 3 large balconies that provided views of sunrise, the ocean in the distance and sunset in the back. Plus birdseye view of a very busy pickleball court provided great entertainment. Only negative would be it could be a little cleaner. Didnt look like dusting under beds and in the corners occurred. Also toilet flusher got stuck alot but we made it work. If those issues are addressed would definitely rent again. Be aware its on the 4th floor and there are no elevators. Challenging at first but it got easier with time. Probably good to burn off all the wonderful food we consumed!

Place a amelioration

Logement bien dans l’ensemble surtout pour la vue et sa localisation. Dans la chambre principale, une odeur désagréable de vieux meubles poussiéreux et les coussins décoratifs puaient. Le canapé du salon était très inconfortable. Pas de chauffage central mais des chauffages d’appoint mais dans le salon on ne pouvait pas brancher le chauffage et allumer la télévision en même temps car les fusibles sautaient.

Bedingt empfehlenswert

Wir haben spät gebucht und diese Wohnung gewählt, weil die Auswahl sehr gering war. Es war zum Schlafen i.o. aber nichts Besonderes. Beim nächsten mal hoffen wir auf mehr Glück.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Herausforderungen

Große, schöne Unterkunft mit viel Balkonfläche zu beiden Seiten. Sehr strenge Vorschriften für die Selbstreinigung (dürfte kein Geschirr in der Spülmaschine lassen) und Infos zur Müllentsorgung fehlten. Zu wenig Toilettenpapier und Mülltüten. Keine Klimaanlage/Ventilatoren und Staubsauger funktionierte nicht. Keine Information, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Großzügiges Appartment in guter Lage

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Leider ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Lage und Ausstattung haben gepasst.
