Great place to stay in Barcelona

Very nice apartment to stay in Barcelona. The host was very helpful during the check in process and responsive to all of our needed. Definitely recommend to stay here in the future.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. The location was great, plenty of space for the 7 of us. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The owner commented very well, answered all questions in a timely manner.

Loved this apartment! Great location, very clean, needs some updates and storage places. Can hear neighbors. Mark, the manager, was responsive to texts. Great experience overall.

Great location

Quite area. Location is near to the city. Metro station is nearby as well as bus station. Rooms are clean and there is really enough space. thin-walled apartment but this is common in Spain. Host is very kind.

Lovely flat for a group of friends

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms lots of space for some privacy while traveling with other couples - nicely stocked kitchen - everything clean and well maintained - host amazing - would recommend - walking distance to great bars and restaurants yet quiet.

My family enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Many restaurants and markets close by. The distance to some major tourist attractions is within reason. Mark responds to texts pretty quick. Could use some written instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer. Thankful for YouTube.

Great neighborhood!

Great neighborhood, bar at front door was handy, a few blocks to metro trains, comfy beds. Needs a kitchen trash can, a better coffee maker, soap in the bathrooms. A great place!

Very good location and friendly host

Our host was very lovely and accommodated our requests for check-in time and a crib for the baby. Location was good walking distance. We were only staying for 1 night and the next morning, 2 members awoke with bites all over their bodies. Unsure if there are bedbugs or mosquito bites from our excursions.

Girls trip

Very nice to have four bedrooms for privacy as there are four of us traveling together. Three bathrooms was also a plus. Neighborhood very walkable and charming. Mark was a great host. Had communication with him before, during, and after visit. We would stay here again if we returned.

Great Barcelona Location

Our host, Mark, was very pleasant, kind, and helpful. He quickly responded to all communications prior to our stay. Mark was nice enough to meet us early and let us drop off our luggage early. Rooms were smallish but adequate but the location was in a safe upscaled neighborhood in central Barcelona. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Place was as described. Clean, easy and flexible host who allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Quiet location with exception of construction one day of stay. Walk about a little more than a mile to most locations. Taxi stand across the street and train a block away. It was definitely worth the price for a low key holiday!!!!!

Needs some work

This place needs a serious clean up, a repaint wouldn’t hurt. Someone on a lower floor in the building was screaming and yelling for an hour at 3am one night as well. Other than this the stay was fine

Perfect apartment in a nice and safe area of Barcelona

Spent 6 days in Barcelona and this apartment was spot on! Very close to three metro stations, near Sant Antoni market, restaurants and bars all over the place, it was a convenient location for our base. The apartment itself consists of a living room, a single bedroom with bath included, a double bedroom with bathroom included, a triple bedroom with bathroom on the hallway, a small balcony with washer and dryer and a small but fully equipped kitchen (would not fit more than two persons at the same time). 6th floor, small elevator, but works fine. There’s a bar right at the entrance in the staircase and countless restaurants and bars in the proximity. Would return there anytime.

Great neighborhood

The host, Mark, was very accessible. He immediately answered when we had blown a fuse. The flat was clean and well kept for an older building. The neighborhood had every thing we needed and was easy to access with public transportation. Sant Antoni area is off the usual tourist areas. So it is a much quieter stay, yet easy to get to the tourist spots.

Great Stay, Wonderful Host

Property is just as described... its small, but cute and very clean, which was most important to us! Surprisingly quiet area, nice courtyard, and easy to get anywhere from here. Marc was a great host, very responsive and helpful.
