A private lawn, patio and dedicated shed exclusive to No.3 Point View, provide the perfect setting for outdoor living and relaxed beach days. With private parking and a secure intercom entry system, everything is in place for a seamless, comfortable stay.

Just a short walk away, Croyde village offers laid-back coastal charm, with traditional pubs, cafés, and its much-loved ice cream parlour. The perfect base to unwind and explore the North Devon coastline.

As a family we have been visiting Croyde for 35 years, it became our second home and so nearly 12 years ago we invested in two of the apartments within Point View which we have been successfully running as a family.
In 2021 we invested in a further two apartments within Point View and we are very proud of them all. With their fantastic location and luxury specification we hope our guests enjoy them just as much as we do!
