Beautiful apartment and an amazing location

This was a beautiful apartment just seconds from St. Mark’s Square—right in the heart of Venice, yet tucked away down a quiet alley that made it feel peaceful and relaxing.There was more than enough space for four adults, and the layout was both comfortable and functional. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating.If we’re lucky enough to return to Venice, we would absolutely stay here again if it’s available.

Apartment was clean, convenient location, and check in process was great. We only used the apartment to sleep and shower. We did not use any of the kitchen area.

Perfect Venice Location

Apartment steps away from St Marks Square. Close to restaurants, shops, gondola vaparetto stations. Made for a wonderful experience in Venice, I would stay here again!

A beautiful stay

This property is in a lovely location amongst cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza San Marco. It is a very comfortable 4 bedroom apartment, it has a very small galley kitchen more suitable to assemble than cook food. The showers worked nicely. It was clean and well maintained and the communication with the owner was excellent. It was very quiet and dark, lovely for sleeping. We had such a lovely time we were sad to leave.

Perfect stay!

This apartment is exactly as pictured. It is quite large and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable (firm but not hard) and bathrooms have more counter space than most European bathrooms, which I appreciate. Showers are lovely. There are stairs, but not bad at all. Location is perfect - right next to St Mark's Square and close to water taxi lines. We visited in November, and flooding happened at high tide each day (only for about an hour). We purchased the plastic boots to wear over our shoes and had no trouble. They cost 10 euro at most any kiosk around town. Don't let that keep you away from this beautiful city! The host was very responsive prior to check-in and also very personable and helpful upon our check-in. They provide a personalized map that has key spots noted as well as a list of recommended restaurants, etc. It was super helpful! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located in Venice. We enjoyed staying here very much. The bedrooms are very spacious, family room is comfortable. We had three in the apartment, my husband, our 15 year old and myself and we enjoyed it very much. In the evening my husband and I relaxed on the terrace with a bottle of wine. Very charming.

Great apartment in the heart of the San Marco tourist area

If you want to be right in the center of all the tourist action, this is a great apartment for you. Plus, once you are off the busy street, the apartment is peaceful and quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of room to settle in. The main living area is pretty small - better for 4 people than the 6 who could comfortably sleep there. We were only 4 so it was fine for us. The little efficiency kitchen is great for breakfast and snacks. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment. Our host, Marika, was lovely. She quickly oriented us in the apartment and has a handy map she provides to help you get started in Venice's twisty streets. The apartment has separate air conditioners for each bedroom and the main room which is wonderful. It was very hot during our visit and the lovely coolness of the apartment was restorative. The only problem with the apartment was a very noisy air conditioner in the main room - it works to cool the air but we had to turn it off at night because of a LOUD buzz. Other than that, we loved our stay in this beautiful and convenient apartment.

Great stay! Fun location.

Easy walking distance to many great sights. St Mark's was super close and easy, quick access to food, supplies, drinks and espresso. Would definitely stay again and the service provided prior to and upon arrival left us unconcerned that things wouldn't be right.

la location è il vero valore dell'appartamento: vicinissimo a vaporetti, ad alilaguna ed alla zona museale. Nonostante sia in pieno centro è molto silenzioso. Gentile e puntuale la signora Marika. Ottima la funzionalità dell'appartamento con 3 camere da letto perfettamente indipendenti ed una piccola con divano/letto una piazza e mezzo. Comodo anche l'angolo cottura con lavastoviglie.Il piccolo terrazzo è comodo ma poco utilizzabile perchè interno e senza sole. Noi siamo stati comodamente in 5 adulti e 3 bambini

Great location, ample space

We stayed for a couple nights in Venice and found the apartment well suited to our needs - each of our two girls had their own bedroom, as did we, so everyone could have a space to retreat to after a long hot day of sightseeing. The location was great - right near St. Mark's square. On check in, our host pointed out where the grocery store was as well as offered recommendations for restaurants - both welcomed and appreciated. We would stay here again on a future visit.

Bel appartement mais gestionnaire peu honnete

Appartement confortable et bien placé mais se méfier du gestionnaire qui nous a fait une retenue sur la caution pour un défaut sur une table qui avait été manifestement réalisé avant la remise des clés et non mentionné dans l'état des lieux.
