The house was very well kept and in a good area. We had great communication with the host and she helped secure private water taxis to and from the home. She also spent time going over local amenities and tips and tricks. 100% would recommend d!

Really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had more time to enjoy the space! Our check in process was great - Davide met us and walked us through the entire space, showing us everything we would need to know. There is a very organized notebook with instructions and local suggestions, which we really appreciated! The location is great and convenient to shops and restaurants in St. Marks Square, but tucked away enough that it is peaceful and quiet at night! The home is stocked with everything you need as far as shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. The keys to the front door were a little tricky at times, but we were able to make it work. We will definitely stay here again!!

What can I say about the most perfect place to stay while in Venice. If I could give 10 stars I would! ***** ***** ! Excellent location, excellent amenities and a host who goes beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. You will want for nothing during your stay and be in the center of it all. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable quite spacious! Paola is accessible and prompt in her replies. She arranged private water taxis from the airport to the apt. and from the apt. to Piazzale Roma for us with the added convenience of just walking out the door and onto a boat. I can’t say enough about her home and Paola herself. If you don’t book, you are truly missing out! Thank you Paola!

It's a lovely apartment walking distance to everything in Venice. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer that worked well. The cute alleyway it was located off of was an added "Venice" bonus!

Spectacular place! Impeccably clean, high-quality doors, windows, furniture, appliances, plates, etc. Everything you need -- including an ice pack for my swollen ankle.Paola was there to meet us at the door and explain everything. Lives right in front. Very responsive. You can tell she loves the apartment and takes absolute care of it. She helped us with arranging transportation to/from.And the location was remarkable.

Paola the owner was wonderful and very organized from communication to helping the family make arrangements for our transfer into the city center and airport. The apartment location and size is perfect for our family of 7. The apartment is in the heart of the St. Marco square so getting around to all the top attracations so convenient.

Wonderful spot amazingly close to Piazza San Marco with a little supermarket down the alley way, food and shops just nearby.But still so quiet at night when you need your sleep after a busy day.So much to see so little time Venice you were amazing just like our Host Cannot recommend highly enough the perfect base for a Venice holiday.See you again soon

Exceeded All Expectations

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Exactly perfect for 5 nights for 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. We hated to leave. Paola was a wonderful host and we used her recommendations for ristorantes and found them spot on. An exceptional property and host.

We loved this place!

I have nothing bad to say, the check in was easy, the check out was easy, the location is amazing. The beds are comfortable! Paola was super helpful and also helped us with water taxi arrangements when we left. This was very useful and made everything easy. Lots of space, we stayed as a family of 6 and had a great time. Washer and dryer worked great as well which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

My name is Paola and I have been living here in Venice since 1983, when I arrived from Rome to reach my mother, Filippa, who had moved because of her job. Here I attended high school and college, graduating in History of Art. I was immediately fallen in love with Venice and so I decided to live here even after the end of my studies. that's why I am still here and I'm always confident and happy with my choice!

The apartment belonged to my mother who bought it in 2005 because it was a few steps from the house where I live today with my husband Renato. I am very attached to this apartment and the San Marco area where I spent the years of my youth happy and carefree. Despite the inevitable and continuous transformations, the area of San Marco with its beautiful square, its museums and its ancient monuments preserves the infinite charm of a unique city.

The strengths of the apartment are to be found in the center position, the layout of the rooms (the 3 bedrooms are not neighbors in order to guarantee a good privacy to all guests) and size (126 square feet), making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends. From the windows of the kitchen and the master bedroom you can stop to observe the slow passage of gondolas on the canal of San Moisé.
