Excellent hospitality. Great location and spacious accommodations for 6 travellers. Found the stairs overwhelming but we were pre-warned! Would recommend!

Having visited Venice for the Biennale since 2011 we have stayed in a variety of properties. Luca's property had an old world charm. Having the supermarket so close, right underneath, was very handy and a great landmark for finding the property. We like to cook and we found the kitchen well equipped. There was a really helpful book of information about restaurants, bars etc. We had a great stay in this spacious flat.

Luca was a terrific host. Excellent communication and service. Met us at the bus station and escorted us to the apartment given how challenging Venice directions can be. Great help on local transportation and eateries.

Luca and Benedetta were very helpful throughout our trip planning process. We spent three days at Casa Lia and the information they provided prior to arrival helped us to make the most of our stay in Venice. The apartment was clean, conveniently located, and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Alot of charm in this apartment. Even got to watch fireworks from the balcony. Luca and his niece went above and beyond to meet us at the train station and walk us to the apartment. They even arranged luggage service for us! Would recommend for anyone.

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean, great air conditioning, comfortable beds, great central location 6 mins walk from the train station and 15 mins from the bus station. Away from the very touristy areas but easy access to them on foot. Well- equipped for self catering and little supermarket hidden at the bottom of the building. Good local eateries and bars on shady squares. Good recommendations from the host and very good communications. Host collects you on foot from the station. Highly recommended and a reasonable price. Will come again. One thing of note are the 72 steps to the flat and there is no lift. This is typical for Venice and no problem if you don’t have mobility issues.

We loved our stay! The apartment was in a great location- close to a grocery store and restaurants. We were happy to have two bathrooms, which made our mornings faster, and we washed our clothes- it was mid trip for us. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We were aware of the steps up because of the awesome communication with the hosts. Thank you for letting us stay with you!

Our host, Luca, was very helpful at checking and provided a lot of information. There were wonderful restaurants nearby and so handy to have the grocery store just around the corner. It was a 30 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. It was lovely being on a canal and being able to watch the gondolas go by from the small balcony. The only challenge was the 6 flights of stairs with luggage. Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy our stay very much. The apartment was exactly as described online. Very clean. Luca and team provided very good communication. They were very helpful with helping my birthday with transportation to the airport on an early morning. Meeting us at the train station when we arrived to Venice was also very helpful. We would stay again.

Amazing weekend

The location was perfectly located, Luca was an amazing host. Loved the view, balconey and apartment. Will remember this trip the rest of my life. Would 100% stay here again.
