The residence is composed of apartments of varying size.. This apartment is one of the most spacious single units and one of a few with a double terrace. The sun shines most of the day until sunset allowing meals to be taken outside from breakfast to dinner, then relaxing into the evening with a glass of wine.

This is a most beautiful area of France . Try the water sports in St. Jean. Enjoy the mega yachts as you stroll around the marinas of Beaulieu and Monaco. Wander around the markets in Nice, watch the Promenade des Anglais come alive at night. Relax with a drink and watch the fantastic cars in Monaco, have a little flutter in the casino at Monte Carlo.
