Villa of 85m2, owned by the family for several generations, completely renovated in 2023.
There is therefore all modern equipment with air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pressure cooker,
washing machine, iron, ironing board
wifi, printer, TV and DVD player.

Breathtaking view of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche sur mer.
In summer, the large pine tree and centuries-old olive trees will provide beneficial shade on the equipped terrace. A 1000m2 terraced plot with citrus trees also allows children to play.

Located less than 10 minutes walk from the main beaches of Beaulieu, Villefranche, St Jean. (about 100m difference in altitude)
You can easily visit Nice, Eze, Monaco... and even the hinterland of Nice.
Parking on the private road, or in the garage for a small car. It is necessary to have a car.
Unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility, there are a few steps between the road and the house.
It would be nice to respect the neighborhood, no barbecue, no dog

Superbe maison avec vue fantastique !!Maison propre et très bien équipée ,Table de ping-pong, terrasse ombragée naturellement par de beaux arbres,Quartier très tranquille et plage à 10 mn à pied en passant par un petit chemin à travers les villa très mignon.Nous n’avons manqué de rien, je recommande chaudement cette location où on se sent comme chez soi!Hôte réactif lors de soucis technique éventuel

Belle maison, idéalement placée, avec une vue remarquable sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer et très bien équipée tant pour ce qui est de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur (chaises, transats, etc...).Contact très fluide et agréable avec la propriétaire des lieux et très bon accueil a notre arrivée.La maison se situe en impasse très loin des rues passantes ce qui garanti un calme absolu.Une hotte de cuisine et un pare douche au niveau de la baignoire pourraient être un plus.Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette charmante maison où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir.La gare de Beaulieu sur Mer se situe a 20mn à pieds et permet de se rendre facilement et à moindre coût sur l'ensemble des villes du littoral.Le centre ville de Beaulieu présente de nombreux magasins (dont un Super U très bien achalandé) et restaurants de qualité (nous vous conseillons la pizzeria Maonas pour l'accueil et la qualité des plats).Beau séjour à tous...

Super maison idéalement placée

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et les prestations sont de qualité (literie et maison). La vue sur la baie est juste splendide ! Je reprocherais juste la qualité du ménage avec notamment beaucoup de poussière et un sol pas toujours propre.

Tré bonne location

Tré bon séjour, tré bonne vue ,maison sympathique. Elle aurait besoin d'amélioration extérieur, escalier dans le jardin, lumières extérieures . Une hôte dans la cuisine serait une bonne chose. Nous y reviendrons peut être l'année prochaine

Paysage époustouflant

Le séjour au sein de cette maison fut très reposant. L'accueil était chaleureux et les lieux propres. La vue esst simplement époustouflante. Je recommande fortement.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un sejour vraiment formidable La maison est tres agreable, tres confortable, toute rénovée avec une terrsasse face a la mer et une vue magnifique sur la baie de villefranche et le cap ferrat. Il y a des orangers dans le jardin , bref un cadre merveilleux et un emplacement ideal. Toute la famille s'est beaucoup plu. Et en plus nous avons eu un accueil tres agréable.Nous avons hate de revenir.

Comme vous ne vous êtes plus signalé je pensais que vous aviez résolu le problème avec les notices . Ce n'est pas un problème de chauffage mais de maîtrise des thermostats électroniques.
