Villa L'Oasis - A unique village house w/ private garden !

Villa L'Oasis is a village house. It is located right next to the village town hall. It is a two level house with 4 bedrooms, a private garden and terrace. The restaurants and cafes, the shops and the church is just 3 minutes down the road.

The minimum stay is 4 nights. 2 and 3 day bookings are accepted on weekends only. Weekly discounts and monthly rates available.

We cannot accept direct bookings as I need to check with the house manager if she is available to prepare the property.

L'Oasis is located in the village part of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, 30 minutes away from Monaco and 40 minutes away from Nice airport.

L'Oasis was originally built in the 1950's. It has been well maintained over the years. Very unique to this house and the location, the house has a rather large garden. The trees and hedges around the property offer good privacy.

The beach is right down the steps from the house. The center of the village is 3 minutes away. This is the ideal house for those wanting to stay right in the center of St Jean.

The house can easily accommodate 3 couples. The house is fully equipped. This is not a rental property per say but our family's home for the past 3 generations.

The house features a total four bedrooms: a master bedroom with its own private bathroom on the 1st floor. There are 3 extra bedrooms on the 2nd floor: 2 master bedrooms and 1 kids bedroom. One of the master bedroom boats a huge private terrace.

There is a large living area on the first floor. That is also where the kitchen is and a breakfast table/corner.

The house main terrace is accessible from the living room. This is normally where you would enjoy you lunch. The outdoor table will easily fit 8/10 people.

The village is 3 minutes down the road if you want to enjoy the restaurants, bars and shops.
