Newly renovated two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment in a friendly and quiet complex, with extra large sunny terrace, wonderful sea views and heated communal swimming pool. Free 300Mbps fibre internet wifi. If property is not available at the dates desired, please send us a message as we have another similar property.

Very well located for all amenities, in the more up-market area of Los Cristianos, with plenty of shops and the best restaurants within walking distance, only 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport and golf courses and 10-15 minute walk from the beach and town centre. The complex of Port Royale has the advantage of being near a lovely town but away from the day to day bustle, making it a convenient but relaxing location for you to enjoy.

The very large terrace (70 square metres) features a large dining table, relaxed seating area, sunbeds and parasol. The apartment has a flat 50' TV with international channels, washing machine, free high speed Wi-Fi, working station, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer, hob, microwave and coffee machines, a large corner sofa and a stylish dining table. The spacious interiors and abundant storage space make it perfect for remote workers, long stays and families. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.

Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 23 degrees C in the winter to 30 degrees C in the summer. There are plenty of activities available on the island, from water sports to golf, from star gazing to hiking and a wide variety of beautiful landscapes and attractions to visit (including the volcano Teide and the largest water park in Europe).

Lovely Holiday

Had a wonderful time in Tenerife, the apartment was great, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace both during the day and in the evening. The hosts were excellent with correspondence. Will definitely stay again

Renovated apartment with panoramic views

Nicely renovated apartment with two spacious bedrooms. Very good bathrooms with showers, one of them ensuite. Large terrace with view over Los Cristianos and the sea. The hosts Paolo and Sara very helpful with quick response when contacted.

Excellent apartment

We have been very impressed with the set-up of this apartment. The two bedrooms are suitably sized and having two bathrooms is wonderful with children. The corner balcony is beautiful for afternoon relaxation and pre-dinner aperitifs before wandering down the hill to the plentiful restaurants. We would happily return.

Great apartment, great hosts

The hosts are fabulous, communication is quick, answering any queries. We were grateful of the earlier check in and later check out, making our stay even better. The property is as described, the sun terrace being large and well equipped. The communal pool is clean and quiet. The setting is up a hill, a great way to offset some of the lovely food in the area and provides a good view. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment

This apartment was fantastic. The 2 bedrooms were a great size as were the bathrooms. The views across the sea and to Los Cristianos were stunning. The outside space was plush! A very comfortable home from home. All the pubs and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk and, although it was on a hill, it wasnt too bad a walk back up. We'll defo be back!

Highly recommend staying at this apartment, great balcony to lounge about all day & night, great location, great communal pool, absolutely nothing to dislike, Some fantastic local restaurants , ours was the Victoria & Bella Roma next door👍one little bit of advice, walk down hill and get a taxi back it’s only a few €’s and well worth it when you see the hill 🙈 but well worth the effort you want be disappointed 🤗

Fantastic Holiday Apartment

Stayed at this superb first floor apartment in July 2019. Very clean and everything you need, all in full working order. Wonderful pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Fabulous supermarket that has literally everything you might need and a travel agent just down the road who has good knowledge of all things local and can book trips, hire car, etc. Incredible balcony with views to die for and offering a lovely gentle breeze while sunbathing. A quiet and peaceful location. 4 euros will buy a taxi to bring you home at the end of an evening in Los Christianos, which was, by far, our favourite resort in this area.

Halloween holiday

Stayed over Halloween, apt was excellent & just as described. Check in process was very easy. Complex is immaculate with amazing views down to the sea. Reliable Wi-Fi , Beds really comfy, large smart tv , everything was in working order & we had no issues, was like home from home. Pool area was lovely and only a few steps away. Plenty of sun beds. Quiet Area , 15/20 min walk down to centre . Supermarket 2 min walk for all your essentials. Various restaurants all within walking distance. Would Definitely book again. Thanks for letting us rent.

Property much as listed. Cushions for the outside metal seating not up to the job and needed to be supplemented by the sun lounger cushions. Kitchen area was good with enough equipment. Large fridge and freezer. Good local supermarket. Main bedroom and en suite OK. WiFi and TV good. Could do with sunshades for the west facing windows as the sun heated the glass to radiator temperatures later in the afternoon as we stayed late June into July.

Getaway

Wonderful property, perfect for our needs (elderly mother and daughter) highlight was the terrace which we used daily, it had beautiful views across to the sea. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely fine and facilities all worked. All appliances were good, a priority for me was the dishwasher as we had quite a lot of meals in. We walked to the beach area quite a few times,returning back up the hill was too much for mum.. this wasn’t a problem as taxis were 4.50 euros. Local supermarket was 5 mins walk, and popular restaurant 2 mins walk. Overall,I would definitely return to this apartment and location as we really enjoyed our stay there.

Just perfect

I’d firstly like to thank the owners for allowing me to check in early. The apartment was just perfect, very clean also. Oh my goodness, the double bed was very very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook. Outside area is HUGE. The loungers I used every day. The outdoor pool area was very nice and not busy, which was lovely.Every morning I would have a lovely stroll down to the beach front and jumped in a taxi to get back to the apartment, this only cost €3.60 each time. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk down the hill, I say a few, more like 2 mins. Also a lovely restaurant just next to port royale. I would highly recommend this apartment. I would love to come back, if that’s okay with the lovely owners. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your beautiful property.

Lovely Spacious Apartment - perfect stay

Just returned from a week at this lovely apartment. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, it's a real home from home - we ate out every day but the kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to self cater. We are very lazy on holiday and just want to sit outside all day and read - wow the outside space here is amazing. The views over to the harbour are lovely and there is so much space outside to move between sun and shade as you need. The complex is quiet and on the outskirts of the town which suited us perfectly - we enjoyed a stroll to town each night, though there are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk for those wanting to stay closer to home. Taxis back from the resort at night are easy to find and good value. Also took a taxi to Las Americas a couple of nights - again cheap and easy to find. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the very near future.

Goed onderhoud is de basis van gastvrijheid

Het is een mooi appartement met een groot terras en een fraai uitzicht over een steenwoestenij naar zee. Maar het was droef gesteld met het onderhoud: de kussens op de ligbedden ontbraken, de parassol kont niet staan omdat de voet kapot was, de verf bladderde van het balkonhek en de wc bleef soms doorlopen. De plaatjes klopten dus niet. Het duurde 12 dagen voor er een nieuwe parasolvoet kwam. De rest werd niet hersteld. Als je een appartement huurt omdat je graag op het terras wil liggen omdat de gezondheid naar het strand gaan onmogelijk maakt is dat zuur.

Wonder Stay

By and large everything was brilliant. There was an issue with the air conditioning which stopped us using it but the room ceiling fans kept the room cool enough. Location is good, not too noisy and easy reach of Los Christianos centre. Supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Onsite pool is great and never seems to be too busy with plenty of beds. Apartment balcony excellent for sun bathing or just chilling out with a drink. The hill isn't ideal but a taxi is less than 4 euros from the centre of town. All in all we would definitely stay here again which is the best endorsement I can give.

Lovely Apartment

Fantastic accommodation in our favorite area of Los Cristianos. Car advisable as the property is at the top of a steep hill, but gives lovey views over the harbour. We were aware of the location when we booked it and this was not a problem. Property was as described and suited our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Property could benefit from an awning on the balcony like other properties in the resort, as it is in full sunshine all day. Owner was very prompt and helpful with all communication. Will definitely stay here again. Thank You

Home from home!!

Absolutely lovely apartment, very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, english tv channels and sky sports. Everything you needed, was short of nothing. Balcony all around and plenty of seating and sunbeds. The pool area is nice and quiet. Supermarket very well stocked and bars in the vicinity. The only issue I had was the steep hills, but we just got the local taxi number and they was there in 2 minutes, would definitely stay again.

Superb Sunny Balcony

The apartment itself had everything needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The pictures we saw before showed the balcony but we were still surprised when we got there how large the balcony was. At the front of the balcony there is a great sea view and a table and chairs. Round the side there are sun loungers, which get the benefit of full sun from early afternoon until sundown. There is a communal pool roughly 50 yards from the apartment which is warm, unusual for Tenerife- surrounded by other apartments so that it is very much out of the wind. There is a lovely restaurant Bella Roma run by nice local people just 2 minutes walk, the fish dishes were really good.
