Our recently refurbished with-an-eye-for-detail little gem, Villa Sol, is a luxurious, accessible villa of 110m², with a private 55m² pool, amazing sea views, a 150m² stone-paved terrace stretching around it and modern facilities, including BBQ and al fresco dining. Located in a prominent position on an impressive 1.3 acres garden, featuring a great variety of trees and flowers, this stylish villa promises a totally laid-back and high-quality accommodation experience.

All facilities on the ground floor – except for the BBQ area – are in compliance with the accessibility guidelines.

The villa is situated on an outstanding position, surrounded by nature at its best. We have added a few touches in order to make your stay as careless and relaxed as possible:

Location

Conveniently located at Tsaki, near Benitses village, almost in the middle of the east coast of Corfu, with easy access both to Corfu town and to some of the most beautiful beaches of the southern part of the island

Nearest beach

The nearest beach is the coastline right in front of the villa and it is actually the continuation of Benitses beach. You can either reach it by walking 250m along the main road or you can take a shortcut, which includes walking through an abandoned hotel. It’s a shorter, but more adventurous walk, people will hate it or love it. It is a very long, but narrow beach, with pebbles and natural shadow after 13.00. The sea is clean and usually very calm. It is possible to find a place there to be alone, even in the peak of the season. We love going there, we suggest that you check it on your first day and see if it works for you.

Nearest town

The nearest town, with many bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches, is the village of Benitses, at 2km away, a former fishing village and tourist resort, with a beautiful and well-preserved part of the old village that is worth visiting.

Transportation

To get around, hiring cars is one option that will of course give you a lot of independence, especially if exploring as many aspects of the island as possible is on your to-do-list. You may though also find interesting to know that many of our guests choose not to hire cars, as they find it quite convenient to move around by bus. There are two buses that stop just a few footsteps away. The blue bus will take you directly to Benitses and to Corfu town. The green bus will take you to the nearby village of Moraitika and to some of the most beautiful beaches of the southern part of the island. The buses stop by around every 45’. And if you would like to take a different route, you can always get a taxi or rent a car for the day.

Bonus fact

There is a nice restaurant called "Arokaria" just around the corner. They serve a variety of local dishes, they also serve breakfast upon request and they deliver to the villa. The restaurant offers a 10% discount to our guests.
