Exquisite home with limited vacation availability. Ocean views on all floors and three decks. Large kitchen with 20 feet of granite counter space for seating and preparing meals. Shiplap walls in kitchen and coffered ceiling in great room with views of ocean and raised infinity salt water pool. Formal dining room seats 14. Informal dining with ocean views seats 8. Brazilian Cherry floors throughout . Amish custom cabinetry throughout including a wet bar on each floor with a wine cooler and ice maker. Wolf gas range has two ovens, broiler and griddle. Two Fisher & Paykel dishwashers with 2 drawers each. 8 Teak steamer deck chairs around infinity pool with ocean view. 4 Teak chairs on second deck and 4 captain's chairs on rooftop deck with views of sunrise, moonrise, surf and beach. Pool shower and shower with large changing room under front deck. Beach chairs and sand toys available. House is totally handicap accessible with elevator to all floors and a fully handicap accessible bathroom fitted for roll in wheelchair. Three King bedrooms on first floor with one en suite bathroom with tub/shower. Shared handicap bathroom for other two bedrooms and 1/2 bath on first floor. Three King bedrooms on second floor sharing two full bathrooms; one with a tub/shower and one with a walk in shower. One bunk room with 12 custom built-in bunks. Owner's bedroom not available. Second floor great room with ocean views and deck and second TV. No Pets.

Check in was easy. Susan and Stan met us at the property. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the beach - walk across the road and down the path. Our family of 10 enjoyed our week together.

Great for big groups

We stayed with a group of 14 guys for a reunion weekend - place was great. Plenty of room to not feel on top of each other the whole time, right on the beach. Hosts were great and communicative. 5 stars

Perfect for the Whole Family

This house was just what we needed for an extended family vacation. The pool was amazing. The house is a very short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of room for the whole family.

The property was beautiful. The amenities and proximity to the beach were great. Our family enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. We had small children and we recommend that some of the small decor items be stored to minimize potential damage. Because we cooked most of our meals, we could have used more of the pantry space. Overall we had an excellent stay. The hosts were very kind and informative.

Best of Isle of Palms

The location and size of this house was perfect for our extended family trip to Isle of Palms. We spent a large portion of time on the beach which is easy to get to with the path directly across the street. We really liked this “quiet side” of IOP while still being a quick walk to the town square. But, the best part of the house is the infinity pool and deck!

Isle of Palms Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location with an ocean view and easy access to the beach! The on-property pool was very relaxing and a really nice added feature. The kitchen was top notch and really made serving meals to our large family easy as well as central gathering point for all of us to plan our next days adventure. The hosts were kind and gracious during our stay as well as very responsive to any questions we might have. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing week just steps from the beach!

We chose this house for our summer family vacation because of its size, the pool and views and its proximity to the beach-literally across the street. Susan and Stan greeted us and could not have been nice or more welcoming. The house was stocked with anything we needed and super clean. With enough bedrooms and bathrooms that each of our 5 kids got their own king bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of space so they didn’t feel cramped. Downtown Isle of Palms was walking distance with many choices for food and entertainment. We really had a great, relaxing week and would def come back to stay here if we had the opportunity!

Weekend Wedding in June 2024

This is the most beautiful house in a great location. A group of us stayed here for the weekend to attend a wedding in Mount Pleasant. It was perfect for what we needed. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool was awesome. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice.

Stunning family retreat!

Fantastic property, excellent location, very spacious, meticulously maintained, bunk room was fantastic, plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect main-level and fabulous pool and deck. The balconies offer incredible views. Furnished beach chairs and toys. EXCELLENT on property parking. The elevator was very helpful with bags. Very reasonable rules for safety and to keep this great property in excellent condition. Stan and Susan are charming hosts. Highly recommend this property and will definitely return!

another day in paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the beach and also so enjoyed the pool. It was a perfect gathering for lots of family and ultra comfortable for us all to be together and yet be able to have privacy and quiet. There was plenty of room for all. The giant dining room table was a bonus...easily fit all fourteen of us. The house was very well stocked with anything and everything we needed. The hosts were amazing, attentive, and helpful before, during, and even after!!! We felt so welcome and loved every minute of our stay in this lovely home. Hope we are "invited" back.
