Fantastic and spacious holiday apartment overlooking the Puerto Marina in Benalmadena featuring beautiful views of the harbor. The holiday apartment is located right in the heart of Puerto Marina close to all attractions, restaurants, and the beach.

From the beautiful furnished terrace you can enjoy the large yachts and follow the life of the marina.



The rental apartment is very spacious with its 110m2 and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room in the airconditioned living room which contains large sofa, Smart TV, High-speed internet, and a lovely dining area with seating for 6 persons.



There are 3 large bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: King Size double bed (180x200cm), air-condition, wardrobe, bathroom with shower en-suite and hairdryer, views to the Marina.

Bedroom 2: King Size double bed (180x200cm), air-condition, wardrobe, view to the harbor.

Bedroom 3: 2 joined singles, air-condition, wardrobe, view to the harbor.

Second bathroom with shower is found in the hall.



Benalmadena Puerto Marine is located close to Malaga and is among the best Marina's in the world, and has several times won the "Best Marina in the World' award. During the day you can visit the Aquarium, rent a boat, dive, water skiing or kayaking. There are over 20 different good restaurants, countless shops, and the supermarket OpenCor is open daily year-round from 8-22.



There is a large and wide sandy beach at the marina where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Since 1987, the beach has continuously been awarded with the blue flag due to its facilities and of course the clean water. If one adds to this an average annual temperature of 22 degrees and about 320 sunny days, it is one the best places you can choose to spend your holiday no matter what time of year you choose.

Second time here and we love it. Fantastic location, lovely apartment. Could do with a deep clean as certain areas need attention. Also would have been nice to have had a spare set of bed linen and clean duvets and pillows, as it got a bit cool on a night and duvets that we found weren’t very nice. Didn’t spoil our holiday, loved it and already booked for next year.

Apartment was OK overall. It was clean, beds were decently comfortable, and we appreciated having washing machine. Things to note that may or may not be deal-breakers... Showers are small & nowhere to put soaps but floor. Unit is 3 flights up with no lift and the door lock is not easy to operate. The upholstery is old and in need of cleaning or replacement.GPS to address takes you to around corner, so know to be dropped off at the stairs LEFT of the Irish pub upon 1st arrival.

The apartment is as beautiful as it is shown in the photographs. Would absolutely stay here again when in Spain. Walking distance to shops and dining. This is a five star apartment!

This is a great apartment central to everywhere you need to be. It is spacious, clean, modern and has everything you need. Will definitely be recommending to friends and will be returning. Nothing to improve. Maybe some double glazing windows.

Fabulous apparment . In a fabulous location . Appartment had all the appliances needed . The only issue we had was , we were told on leaving to leave keys in the dish and just pull the door which is what we done but when we left at7pm , the gate was locked and the sytem to open the gate was not working , therefore we had to wake up someone in another apartment to let us out . Would highly recommend this apartment , and would return to the property

Lovely as advertised. Problem with air con in one of the bedrooms. Took 2 days to fix. Also beeping smoke alarm which was not resolved. Otherwise excellent. Would stay again all amenities close to apartment except a large mercadonna.

Location is central but can be noisy at nights

There were building works taking place on ground floors making it noisy, the location with pubs below and across the road were noisy until 3-4am, however the property was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay

Spacious accomodation with fabulous location

The accomodation was spacious with everything you need including a well equipped kitchen. It was just a minute or two walk to the beach and across the road from the marina., so location is perfect. There is a large balcony/terrace which is perfect for people watching at any time of day, also perfect for soaking up some party atmosphere whilst enjoying a relaxed late night drink. Pleasingly no noise from bars etc once the doors are closed. Loads of bars/restaurants with easy reach. Absolutely fantastic trip

Great Find

Communication with the agents was exceptional . Someone there to show us round , and always at the end of the phone ,if there were any other questions. The apartment was very well equipped, lots of extras .The balcony was well used , as it’s on the second floor the views were great. Location coudnt be better. Taxi rank very near, loads of eateries . Lots of bars so music can be heard but ,the double glazing worked wonders.Hopefully we will return

Nice place

The apartment is big and nice, and perfectly situated in Benalmadena. Huge sunny balcony, big tv with great wifi. Close to the fantastic marina, and a very short walk to the beach. Only negative thing is that cleaning is not included (stayed for 5 weeks), and that the kitchen had a lot of really small ants.
