空港から車でわずか10-15分の場所にあり、サンディエゴのダウンタウンとバルボアパークの近くにあります。

2階の宿泊施設はサンディエゴのオーシャンビーチ周辺の砂の水にわずか1ブロックです。

この1ベッドルームのコテージは、同じコンプレックス内の4つのうちの1つで、すべてのユニットが休暇の賃貸です。

この場所はガレージの上にあり、パティオを覆っているので、プライバシーは十分です。

キングベッドとフルサイズのコンバーチブルのスリーパーソファーが備わり、最大4名まで宿泊できます。

ベッドルームとリビングルームの間の壁が天井にはないので、オープンフロアプランに注意してください。

We LOVED this place! Cold A/C, new appliances, comfortable mattress, nice big TV, and only a 5-min. walk to Dog Beach. After a day at the beach, it was great to return to our cozy little home. Oh, BTW, it was fully equipped with beach necessities: wagon, umbrella, boogie board, etc. and even a washer and dryer for our wet, sandy clothes. Highly recommended!

Super cute unit with everything you need. Great location with good food close by. We were able to get street parking for part of our stay so only used the private parking a few times. The private spot is not for those who have never done tight, atypical city parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the privacy this unit had to offer.

Perfect local spot for my visiting parents

I live locally and booked this spot for my parents who were visiting, and they had a wonderful experience. Huge bonus that there’s a king size bed, which they prefer. They were very comfortable with all of the amenities, and they especially appreciated the big private porch.
