Huertas II, 2 bedrooms in the center:
A very bright 2-bedroom apartment located in the best area of Madrid, the famous Calle Huertas, next to Plaza Santa Ana and Plaza del Ángel. It’s ideal for feeling like a true Madrilenian during your temporary stay in Madrid.

The apartment is situated in a building with an elevator. It features 2 lovely bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—both with wardrobes. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, and smart TV.

The bathroom is private and has a large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and cooking utensils so you can prepare your favorite recipes during your time in Madrid.

Among the apartment’s amenities, you’ll also find free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, and welcome toiletries for your first days.





AREA

Huertas II is located in the best area of Madrid! You can walk to all the central areas without needing any transportation. Additionally, all services are within easy reach: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more.

The Barrio de Las Letras, where the apartment is located, is a quiet area with car traffic restricted only to residents.





THE FINE PRINT

-Check-in after 8:00 PM carries a surcharge of €25.

-Cribs are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.

-Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the contract duration, stating that the rental is not intended for indefinite occupancy, nor as the tenant’s habitual residence or registered address, and must describe the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival date coincides with your booking date, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.

Apartment was true to listing, clean, and in a great location. Management Team was responsive and professional. Check in process was a bit cumbersome and I'd suggest just a few basic essentials be provided - more toilet paper, coffee, etc.Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend.

Great Location

we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location and we were able to walk to most everything. It was nice having the two bedrooms with a small kitchen and elevator. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Best area of Madrid!

Love this location - overlooking a plaza, 1 min to Plaza San Ana, minutes to Prado, Sol, kids playground, interesting shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, everything. Nice apartment, with view of plaza.

The location of this property was wonderful. The apartment was cute, clean, and had all the basics. To make it better: simplify the registration process and check-in; fix the bathroom door lock; provide a blanket or two; provide written washer instructions.

The property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of three metro stations. The Prado is a ten minute walk in one direction, and the Plaza Major is less than five minutes in the other. The apartment overlooks a plaza with a taxi stand that always had cabs waiting. There are several groceries close by and lots of restaurants and bars. It was a popular area between Christmas and New Year's Day, with a lot of pedestrian traffic and people enjoying themselves. Their noise was audible but did not interfere with our ability to sleep. The apartment's furnishings were utilitarian, which was fine for us. The place was clean, and the kitchen was usable, The wi-fi worked. Communications from the owner were professional and clear. I would stay there again if traveling to Madrid.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est parfait. On retrouve tous les services à distance de marche (épicerie, pharmacie, restaurants, etc.). Étions aussi à distance de marche de la grande majorité des attractions à visiter. Deux petits points moins positifs, la douche pourrait être renouvelée mais quand même ok. Et le voisinage est un peu bruyant en soirée. Sinon, nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner.

Excellent Stay In Madrid

Nice apartment in a great location. Fell in love with the neighborhood. Jose had his assistant meet us for an early check in which was very helpful. Plenty of room, clean and convenient. Would stay there again.

Right in the heart of it all!

Great apartment located in the best location. Convenient to everything - an easy walk to all the sites in the downtown area. The property was clean and spacious - our family of four (18 - 54) really enjoyed the flat and the neighborhood.

The appartment is a fantastic choice. We can absolutely recommend to stay there. The pictures are exactly what you'll find there.The location is really amazing. Close to everything, good access to the nearby Metro stations and with plenty of restaurants or bars around After a long day of walking around we enjoyed coming back 'home' and to relax with the wonderful view to the Plaza San Angel. The appartment is modern but still cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked properlyCommunication with Jesus was always easy and fast and the check in quick und uncomplicated For us a clear recommendation We will definately book again when coming back to Madrid next time
